Different countries have different laws for different reasons. Impossible to tell without knowing what country you're in.

The short answer: In most cases, bitcoin mining is perfectly legal. In a few countries, however, bitcoin mining, as well as the possession and use of bitcoin is illegal. If you live in North America and most of Western Europe, bitcoin mining, as well as possession, is not only legal, but local regulatory frameworks actually provide certain protections and basic oversight.

it is legal unless it is stated otherwise, there are several countries you would not want to mine at,though
Venezuella for example, some of the countries you would not want not only mine at,but also live at,but thats a different story
such countries as Ukraine, for example, where one of the mining farms was seized and the owners arrested etc.
before running a mining farm, make sure you get familiar with the laws,if it is on a big scale- consult a lawyer

That depends per country. But here in the Netherlands it most likely will get seen as a server. So long you pay for your electricity they would not really look around for it. Of course, always report when you start using larger doses of electricity so you don't have police knocking the door over to check if you do not have a weed plantation. Like if you put 10 rigs on you are technically consuming a lot of wattage and heat that could simulate a weed plantation so watch out with that and just higher your power limit officially so you won't get into trouble later on.

Which country are you from? The regulation looks like very hard in your country but mining is complete white job as it is involved in online transaction, computing power and smart block chain stuff like that. None of which is illegal and the mining hardwares are manufactured under the regulation of governments. Thus completely makes it legal work to perform. If it would have been illegal then import, export, manufacture of these hardwares would have been banned in all countries. These hardware are listed under categories of computing and taxable as per the norms. So that's completely legal job to do. What was the source for your information anyway.

So far as I know Mining is legal in all countries.

Nevertheless you have to be aware of tax-related points.

All the best

Most - Venezuella is a specific but VERY rare exception as they appear to have outlawed cryptocoins in general.

If mining is illegal in country then your country's legal codes are unlawful.  I'd advise either moving to a free country or starting a revolution in yours.

I know mining is a great source of earning bitcoin with some hardware stuff but i am not sure about one thing is mining is illegal in all country ? Like in my country mining is not  legal i just wanted to know why its not considered as legal work ?

The legality on bitcoin and other crypto currencies depends on where you are and what you wish to do with it. Most countries including mine are in a in a state of wait and see, again trying to measure the benefits against the risks.

Illegal can be if you steal the electricity and mine bitcoin but not the mining action itself. A barrier that could be in this case is if bitcoin is legal or not as I've heard that there are some moves from countries that first thought that bitcoin is not a legal currency, but about the mining thing I think it's completely legal and good to use, but it's bad for the environment since a lot of energy is being spent on mining!

I's legalized. You will be using your equipment with an electric power paid for by you, I believe there is nothing illegal there, at least if you do not live in a country that is driven by socialism.

Mining is still completely legal, there's nothing you guys have to worry about. But on the topic of mining bitcoin, you'd probably be more profitable mining something else. Whattomine.com is a good resource for looking into the best options available to you.

It is very dependable to what kind of region and culture are you in, in what kind of laws your country needs to regulate. I have read most articles that mining bitcoin is illegal although not all illegal are bad. In China, btc is banned due to illegal reasoning. Cheesy

It is so true that each country have their own law on bitcoins and cryptocurrency. So first you have to check with your country if you are starting a big mining farm. Because without getting legality status it is not advised to go for mining. And this details your tax advisor or legal advisory will give you perfectly

Making/printing false money is illefal, sure.
But Bitcoin is not false money : it is just an other money, but a true one :-).

It depends, it may be banned in your country for various reasons, but in my country, BTC and mining it is completely legal and many do it for a living. Maybe your government thinks it best to restrict usage of BTC for whatever reason, I can't tell you any more I guess.
