Sure here is a pic of what they look like the batch i have is slightly different (has more yellow stamens) but i can post a pic of those when i get back to my storage locker.

So why would one want this ? I don't get the point.

I'm not sure, at the current moment I'm guessing it's some sort of potpourri/fragrance item that can be used to provide a scent although I'm not positive.

It's nice to see they are a real item and definitively blue, hopefully the OP can clarify what uses they have.

Very cool, it can be used for Potpourri although it looks like in some places there are legal restrictions surrounding the plant.

Yes only 2 countries in the world, Russia and Poland. Every other country in the world it is completely fine.
