I doubt you'll find it in a shop in Singapore. https://www.buytrezor.com don't ship to your country? They do ship to Singapore however, so you could ship it to somebody you know there or the hotel you'll be staying at.

Thank you for giving me this link. I'm happy to see that they ship to my Country but unhappy to see that I need to pay an extra $29 if want it shipped through DHL or $10 for standard shipping but 5 to 6 weeks waiting time and that is something that I need to think about. Thank you Newar for your help I appreciate it.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I am not an active Bitcoin trader but I have never heard of this company before. Searching on Google resulted in some articles from CoinDesk. I believe this company can be trusted with but... dont put all your money into this platform. Other than QUOINE, you can check out CoinHako or CoinBase. CoinHako is somewhat active on this forums and I believe that they can be trusted. CoinBase recently just expended to Singapore. CoinBase is already an established company in the America.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!

Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

Thanks for the mention jacktheking. We are backed by some of coinbase's major investors, and also insured via bitgo's multi-sig platform. Customers' love our simplicity and unparalleled ease of use. To top it off, we just lowered our fees to 0.9%! Next in our product pipeline is trade APIs. Stay tuned..

They are legitimate so far, just little volume last time I checked.

Trustwise... https://www.fybsg.com was the first exchange in SG and it's still going.

Even though I have never use any of the exchange sites in the list but I also strongly recommend CoinHako. The reason is simple, because it is one of the most active Singapore based site here at Bitcointalk. In addition, they are also very active on various social network from my point of view.

I haven't used Coinhake, but things like this make me skeptical:

Quote
We use the lowest price in the market with a 0.9% fee.

and in their FAQ:

Quote
The price of a bitcoin is set by different bitcoin exchanges and based on the market forces of supply and demand. We follow the prices set by exchanges.

Which market? Which exchanges? It sounds like Coinhako is more of a coin shop, rather than an actual exchange.

Not to mention that the fee is quite high.

Thanks for the kind words Jacktheking & Quartx.

To answer Newar,
- we are a wallet service and we do not operate our own orderbook. instead, we plug ourselves into the most liquid exchanges to offer the most competitive pricing and liquidity.
- our platform is geared towards simplicity for the newbies & non-technical users
- and our mission is to give the average joe easy access to bitcoin all over asia
- are fees the biggest concern? an experienced trader will take a step further to look at the depth pricing.
- we process a huge % of the local volume. give us a try. perhaps you will end up using us

it is apparent that most early bitcoiners are filled with pessimism these days. sincerely hope none of us belong to that group. the community and local startups need the love.

You're welcome. I received an email recently from CoinHako. It is great to know that your team is expanding toward Malaysia. I wish this Singapore based exchange success. Smiley.
