Just go to www.fybsg.com if u want to buy bitcoins.. no need to go to mrt station or look for wifi spot lol... transfer from dbs or uob and buy from home in comfort.. if meetup the amount has to be at least 5 or 10 otherwise I doubt anyone wants to go out for small transactions..  Grin

Hello AuroraHF, where would you like to meet up? You can use my wifi hotspot, so anywhere a phone's 4G can reach is alright. I am staying around the East anyway.

I'm in the Central area, looking for cash pick up only. I have data services so there's no need for that. I'll contact you via Whatsapp?

yeah i tried it a few times but gave up due to lousy customer support, 24hr hold on your bitcoins, delayed withdrawals, deposits and some shady price jack ups, they seem to be propping up price to sell you high and buy back low... i'm back at fybsg for now...  Grin

fybsg is the best so far, the owner is fast and responsive... i can't believe you guys still trust mtgox...  Grin

Anyone has ever withdrawn any USD from Gox before?  How long did it take?
I sold some BTC some time ago and decided to withdraw from Gox since doubt they will ever reach back to USD$100 levels.  More than 3 weeks liao.

Hi Bro,

So how you got your it already? From what you can see they are taking forever even for US accounts so just have to wait...

anyone tried itbit yet?

serious? wow
bad comments then.
saw them at the last Bitcoin Singapore Conf 2013.

What a response, 73 attending and it was so last minute. Not bad. Might attend it myself. But I'm not sure a student would be welcomed there. Haha.

What makes you think students are not welcome?

Unsure, but I felt that way. However I was unable to attend anyway, due to tuition and studies.

I have never managed to attend myself, but I'm sure they are open to all and everybody. Part of bitcoin culture is to get rid of elitist attitudes after all.

nah i think you're overreacting... just remember first impression counts and it's all about your confidence level... make an effort to add value to the discussion, try to find a link with participants and you're going to feel much better next time...

Yeah still waiting. Open support requests also no response.  Luckily not a big amount.  FYB is good.  Transacted and withdrawn 5 digits so far and no issues.

Today, cancelled the withdraw request and they re-credited all the USD into my account.  Bought BTC there and transferred the BTC to FYB and resold straight off for SGD.
Not gonna touch MtGox again until they improve their service.

I'm from Malaysia but have lots of miner/trader friends in Singapore..
Good sunny day in Kuala Lumpur.

Yes. I sent Bitjohn this request and he has responded.

Bitjohn from cryptsy.com just added Tigercoin (TGC) to it's digital exchange!
