You are correct. However, since this is causing some confusion to multiple people, use of the airdrop term is being avoided and the following statement in bold has been included in the thread to further clarify the token distribution process.

LBT will be distributed to share holders before start of pre-ICO in later half of Fall 2017. All unclaimed tokens allocated for the signature campaign (30% of the total supply of 19,000,000 LBT) will be airdropped and your chance of gaining additional tokens during the airdrop will be directly proportional to the shares obtained by you during the signature campaign.

Appreciate the comments. While it might not be the most common mechanism for an airdrop, historically airdrop campaigns have been performed where owning a certain amount of a currency (Bitcoin) made you eligible to claim a certain amount of tokens as part of the campaign (Bitcore, Byteball etc.). With that being said, in this case rest of the tokens don't get 'divided' amongst the stakeholders but owning a certain amount of tokens simply increases your chances of obtaining additional tokens during the airdrop campaign. All participants that enter the airdrop campaign will have an equal chance of getting LBT airdropped in their ethereum wallets other than the participants of the signature campaign who will have a greater chance that will be directly proportional to the amount of LBT they are holding at the time. It is not guaranteed that there will be any tokens left out of the original 30% tokens allocated for the signature campaign, but if there are any then these will be carried forward to the airdrop campaign and exhausted there.

It would have been a simpler approach to entirely separate the signature campaign from the airdrop campaign but it is being conducted this way to benefit stakeholders who have contributed early in the project and at the same time enable decentralization by getting as many people as possible to own these tokens.

No agreements are in place with any of the exchanges yet and honestly it is too early for that. Discussions will proceed soon with a number of exchanges that have been shortlisted, will keep everyone posted regarding this.

LBT are ERC-20 standard so these are Ethereum tokens.
