Now you have change the way you check your status. No more airdrop keys, just enter the forum user ID. These seems that the system you've 1st worked out didn't work as planned and it is a mistake that you should take responsibility for. With forum ID and eth address I can check my balance, but it's still 0. Is the airdrop over? I've done all it took and even participate in the signature bounty. It can't be 0, can it?!

We publicly announced on October 15 right after the airdrop that there indeed was a technical glitch resulting in unwarranted errors being thrown and that had been subsequently fixed. Further, to make the process simpler for participants who had lost their airdrop keys, instead of entering your airdrop key and ethereum wallet address we switched to using forum ID and ethereum wallet address. You can rest assured that all participants of the signature campaign have been receiving LBT on a daily basis as per the reward scheme. As for your case, I see that you have not used any airdrop key in your forum signature as at the time of this writing so we can safely assume that it was not configured correctly during the duration of the signature campaign and hence the system would have no way to allocate tokens to you.

Thanks for the answer, the signature issue seems to be my fault, although I don't remember reading that instruction at the time I've joined it. The way you frame words isn't justified, you say that you acknowledged that there was an issue with the Libkeys, and also insist that people have lost their keys, so it's their fault for the whole issue, when it's absolutely evident that nobody lost his keys because they are saved in the PM we sent to you. Right now it's safe to assume that another glitch caused so many people to receive 0 tokens on the drop. Do you have a transparent way of showing this statistic, how many supporters got 0 tokens?
This whole situation leaves a bad taste, even though the project seems so interesting

If you go through the posts in this thread you will notice a number of participants who did not copy their airdrop key somewhere. Similarly, we received a flood of such issues via PM. While it was not feasible for us to retrieve airdrop key for each and every participant and then respond to them individually, we did ensure that they are enrolled in the airdrop by marking them accordingly based on their forum IDs at the time of whitelisting participants for the airdrop. So now, we have a number of participants who don't know their airdrop keys so we change airdrop key / ethereum wallet address pair to forum ID / ethereum wallet address pair in order to verify and check balance. We understand that not everyone will be happy with results of the airdrop but it was made absolutely clear that not everyone is guaranteed to receive a certain amount of tokens even when they are successfully rolled in for the airdrop. All tokens allocated to users can be seen in the blockchain once we have sent all transactions and released the token contract. With that being said, each and every participant of signature campaign who had set up their forum signatures correctly have received their tokens as per the reward scheme.

Issue was fixed within minutes it had surfaced. Please check that you are entering your forum ID and ethereum wallet address at the page to check number of tokens allocated.

I rely on the rules of the airdrop:

1. Visit the project site https://librebazaar.org and click Libre Tokens Airdrop. You will see two tabs i.e. Sign Up and Check Status
2. In Sign Up tab, enter your Forum ID and Ethereum Wallet Address then submit the form to receive your airdrop key.
3. PM your airdrop key along with any sensible message to be rolled in for the airdrop.
4. To check your balance enter your airdrop key and ethereum wallet address in Check Status tab. Libre Tokens will be air dropped on October 15, 2017 after which you can go ahead and check number of LBT tokens available to you.


So, I did not lose the key. why do you keep confusing with this thing?
and where was it written that doing the above procedure is not a guarantee of receiving tokens?
Based on what can we receive or not tokens?
This project is not serious, I'm sorry but it isn't reliable.

We already pm our airdrop key to dev, how can we lost airdrop key? I've airdrop key , it's display error while using airdrop key check balance , so dev change to Forum ID and Eth address, after that My balance =0 , pm no reply ...haha

I remember apply for this airdrop and getting a private key.  I even remember posting it here with a brief message.  I don't see my message here and when I try to sign-up (to see if my memory is just terrible) I'm told my forum ID is already tagged with a key.  I will send an email to info@librebazaar.org to see if I can retrieve my key.
