I guess I will hold it a while longer. Because Bitcoin's price is not that always low, bitcoin will regain its value. And that is life sometimes it is on its peak sometimes it is on drought situation, waiting it to regain is not hard right? Waiting is worth just be persistent, do not let the value bother you it will probably be okay later. In addition, cutting your loss is a big regret you will have late, wait or be sorry, just like my own experience I cut my loss because I do not want it to be lower than it is, but after a few days it regain its value and grow bigger than I expect. By that I learned my own lesson.

if you buy bitcoin at a high price and bitcoin price goes down what will you do guys ?? will you cut your losses or hold it??

If bitcoin's price goes down then I would probably hold my coins. I don't think that cutting loss would be a smart idea. One reason is the fact that bitcoin's price has always been volatile. Therefore, despite the fact that it's price falls down, it will eventually get back up. All we need to do is be patient about it.

as what i have been doing even from before.
i will just continue to hodl.
i see to it that whenever i put something on btc it will be there for a long time.
and i also know that bitcoin will somehow find a way to bounce back.
therefore i am not that worried if it goes down.

When this happens, instead of cutting losses or just keeping my on hand bitcoins, I would rather prefer to buy more so that when the price of bitcoin rises again in a much higher price, then I already got more to sell at a higher price as well. Strategic isn't it?

I will still hold it. When you keep it, you will not lose anything. Let's say that it's price fall. But it will surely shoot up again. We have to wait. Because that's how investment works. Your investment might go up and down a number of times.

I would hold it anyways. Yes, bitcoin has huge price deviations in the short term, but in the long run I believe it will keep go up. So yes, I would risk and hold it. Maybe short a small amount just to insure my loss.

I am not afraid if bitcoin proce is fall because it is common thing in bitcoin world.  Smiley . Yes, I ever afraid when the first time I saw bitcoin price fall, but now, I am too often to see it happen and bitcoin price always rise again. So I don't need to worry about it.

I will hold bitcoin at all costs, even if there is a second Mt. Gox, i think bitcoin serves a purpose and will recover. If it goes down enough people will jump on the falling prize and it will go up again

Perhaps a small part I will sell for all sorts of small expenses but I'll leave it as I'm sure that the price will rise again

I will hold bitcoin even if the price of bitcoin is going down because there's a lot of time that the price value of bitcoin will be back again at the right price level, so I still believe that holding bitcoin in a long term is one of best way to keep money until increase the price level of bitcoin, so it give to us a higher income and it also good to every people who are involve in this kind of forum.

I'm in this long term. If I lose it all so be it. But I could live with myself better for losing £5500 than I can for selling at  £100,000 and see it go to millions.

£100,000 is nice but it doesn't pay the mortgage off and doesn't change my life. Once the portfolio can pay off the mortgage then I need to think seriously about cashing in.

prefer the hold because the downtrend is not so far and the rise is always high, so prefer the hold rather than the cut loss, will likely always rise high rather than fall sharply

Since Bitcoin is getting famous and the demand for buying is very much.
I'm sure someday Bitcoin will be a very expensive Cryptocurrency,

If bitcoin's price will experience crash, i will only hold my bitcoin since my bitcoin is a long term investment that will be use for my future purposes. Its okay for me even if the price of bitcoin will crash today. I believe in the capability of bitcoin to get back on track and continuously increase its price. We should accept the fact that sometimes we cannot gain profit in bitcoin and sometimes we can gain a lot.

I'm a big fan of holding. If I was to sell now I'd still be ahead since when I started. This whole thing with China will settle down eventually and Bitcoin will continue to rise... hopefully. I'm more likely to be stubborn and hold onto something that I shouldn't, then sell when it is down. I think it is best to come up with a long term plan and stick it out unless something really big comes up that influences your decision, but even then I still hold.
yea u are on point.

I think long term investments are the safest. You can pretty much lose money easily other way.

I will keep it because current bitcoins are very stable because the capital from traditional markets are concentrated in bitcoin and crypto. Smaller investors who sell high priced bitcoins to make profit just make it slightly lower then continue its uptrend.
