if you buy bitcoin at a high price and bitcoin price goes down what will you do guys ?? will you cut your losses or hold it??

its normal guys, if you trader cryptocurrency from 5years ago, you will know the bitcoin price is too highly risk trading, i recomended to use manual trade and dont use any bot or lending trade option, i lost 2,5btc in mid 2015 because im use lending option at HUOBI, imy money get liquidation after litecoin hard dump, and now im very angry if see litecoin price now..
i should get 1000%profit if i holding it

Creating a Bitcoin client that fully implements the network protocol is extremely difficult. Bitcoin-Qt is the only known safe implementation of a full node. Some other projects attempt to compete, but it is not recommended to use such software for anything serious. (Lightweight clients like Electrum and MultiBit are OK.)

Most of the people here believe in bitcoins and are ready to hold them for a longer period of time but In my opinion, Holding them won't help when the price starts decreasing. I will try to sell them as soon as possible and try to get them again on better price to earn some more profit but for now, it is not going to happen before New year.
I will still hold my bitcoins. I will never be deceived by the issues that they will be put on bitcoins or any small dumping that it can be. Just hold it and hold it. Then thanks me later foe this advice.

if you buy bitcoin at a high price and bitcoin price goes down what will you do guys ?? will you cut your losses or hold it??

In long term perspective then I will. I trust Bitcoin enough to recover my losses and profit from it in the long run with basis of course. Cutting your losses might end up as an opportunity loss i.e. to recover those losses. The key is to know to yourself as how Bitcoin's market works so you will not be swayed by what other people told you but rather you do it base on your understanding.

Would just hold instead of cutting my loss. The market tends to rise and fall, but in the end the market will always have an upward trend. So just hold back my emotions, control myself and hold as long as possible and wait for recovery.

There is no such thing as ''cut your loss'' with bitcoin.
I tried Forex market before and there you must have always enough funds to cover your losses.
Because of it, Forex is not for ''small'' players.
Bitcoin market is different.
When you buy btc, you don't need to sell it and you don't need to cover your loss, just hold your funds in the wallet.
When price is higher, sell it and make profit!

well I will HODL because I strongly believe in the future bitcoin prices will continue to rise in because of the demand and supply is tiny

I also agree with you, all that happened at this time I think is just a normal cycle where bitcoin is supposed to dump. we've seen some proofs a while ago that bitcoin is still strong and still the best though without China.

I would hodl the coin because i have seen profits that way in stock market. My advise would be, You keep an eye on the trends - set an exit value based on your risk aversion. Yet when the sentiment is too negative, take the investment and put the profit to hold. Kudos!

I am holding even if the Bitcoin's price dropped down, because i believe it will increase again sooner or later. So there is no loss especially if you are a long term holder. Patience is needed when we talk about Bitcoin trading, and holding actually works

there's a lot of people in the Bitcoin Community who have watched Bitcoin go from Mere sense to thousands of dollars back down to just a few dollars and then back up to thousands of dollars again... I think it's fair to say that anybody who's an impulsive investor is going to get out quick and take their profit while they can but anybody who's been in Bitcoin from the beginning is most likely a long-term Speculator and is going to ride the bubble until it's absolute burst, for some people I know that's going to be until Bitcoin is worth nothing at all and/or an arbitrary protocol

better to be hold because it will be a loss if the cut loss just wait and wait until the price goes back, the point is patience and don't worry the price will rise high

I will hold it tight.I couldn't care less about the value that is going down and I will keep my bitcoin, over the long haul, I realize that long-haul venture will gain more pay for my future.I Love bitcoin it's changing my life
If the price goes down, I might buy a few more and add to the ones I have and then leave them in my wallet. I believe no matter what, the price will later skyrocket. Even if I don’t make much profit from the ones I have before, I might gain the profit from the ones I purchased last at low rate.

If that certain thing you have stated will happen into bitcoin cryptocurrency, I will still hold into it and will not cut my loss because I have already done that thing before and I regret that I doubt the capability and capacity of bitcoin to regain its loss from the recent dumps. I will still hold into it because I believe that whatever happens bitcoin can still regain the price rate.
