Hey BitFlip, could you please tell the community what programming language do you use to support your platform? I mean It's all fun and games, but how safe, reliable and fast your platform really is?
What will happen if 100 trading bots will suddenly rush to trade?
Are you using cloud based or centralized servers?

Well at the moment we have some bots trading on platform. We also have reasonable limits and not single server to handle all requests. Its distributed architecture under the hood. We use wide range of languages. It depends on task you need to solve. For some tasks Node, Python or PHP is very good. For other Go lang is best choice.

We have microservices architecture. Its not monolith application

We will to our the best right after ICO ends to list FLIP token to most popular exchanges. But as of November 1st FLIP will be traded only at BitFlip.

I think it would be better to prolong the ICO at least for a week.. They could activate the bonuses so that the earlier participants would not claim against such a decision, but give the opportunity to those who had not time to buy a desired amount of tokens..

If you are talking about flip tokens, the price will grow because the exchange profit share will be distributed among tokenholders, so the price will partially depend on daily turnover of the exchange...

I think such top coin as Monero anyway will be listed one day, but not in the nearest future.

The team is more interested in adding very new coins and tokens on commercial basis.

Btw, Raiblocks (XRB) listing is announced, so the team is busy with it now, and I don`t think they have much time for Monero now..

But

This team has a good difference - the fast reply to the audience request, so if the community will ask about listing some coins - this may make it faster

Besides the team is overloaded now solving too many issues, they will anyway find some time for conversation with community.

I hope the ICO will be yet prolonged at least for a week because I see too much people who are interested, but they need some more time to make the decision

Six months is normal period for ICO, but the first 3-5 months must be used for preparation to heat up the audience, and then the client is warm - it`s time for tokensale

Token sale itself should not be too long, because people can hold their money till the end. That`s why pre-sale price is lower than those at the end, and generally token sale last not more than a month..

But here we have another case, the audience is just beginning to warm, but the prospective is good enough to prolong ICO for a week or two.
