The system already did it, this Tennis special bet is sometimes red for the first minute till we get a correction. But of course we are working that the bet slip doesn't appear as lost. For other sports it is working well.

Still seeing arbitrage situations (-EV for the house), I would relook at your live offerings. Due to the slow payouts in the past though I refuse to deposit to your site since my deposits/payouts would be 1+ BTC and I don't have time to be waiting...

Like you said slow payouts are happened in the past. We continue our speed we currently have so we send requested amounts immediately like it has to be and people expect (we got transactions last week like one had more than 14 BTC). We know trust has to grow and I understand for some users this process take at least a few weeks. I like you checking our topic and page out continuous.

Well, we made the impossible possible. It's a feature  If you put bets from one match into a combo, our system build different allowed combinations. A few bookmakers do this as well. You get a premonition of this behaviour in the bet slip preview area:  So if you would add a third odd of another match, this odd would be added to both combinations - that's the difference from single bets. I guess we have to explain it before submitting the bet slip because a few users already asked us if the did something wrong. We will try to express this rule in one or two short sentences. In your case, you lose your bet anyway, otherwise I would increase your win manually |

As far I understood you complaining 0.6% of our live bets offer, the few tennis side markets, are not available since the afternoon. Like we wrote above, we have maintenance work for it because we want your bets are being settled correctly and instant like it's already the case for Soccer and other Sports. It will come back during next days. It's not because you won 0.11 BTC with these markets. |

Been trying to back Inter Milan for the last 10 minutes in live bets but just keep getting this message! At least one bet has already been closed. Please remove from slip or wait until it's reopened.Cleared cache, refreshed page....now had about 10 attempts.  |
