I've registered yesterday, but today tried to enter again and all i have after inserting 2FA code is a 400 error page....

No ways to contact support to open a ticket until you are not logged in --- that's really stupid, if i can't login how i can put a ticket to solve this problem WTF !?!?!?!?!?

edit: after 4 / 5 attempts worked....

Still remains a stupid thing that for support you need to be logged in to create a ticket....

Its very strange its working for me normally just problem in trollbox because its not working my deposit and withdrawals also working OK please check again if you have any problem then try to contact support they will fix this for you very quickly here are all contacts list

Its very strange because its working for me OK and you both have registration problem just delete your cache and then try again hope this will works for you my friend register and start trading today without any problem

I would be very careful with this exchange. It seems like they are totally unable to handle sustained attacks on their servers. They have resorted to processing withdrawals manually and blocking IP addresses, along with disabling new user registrations for more than a week now. I hope that everything turns out okay, but it's a bit worrisome.

Have you tried to connect to the site using a VPN? That's what I would suggest, or at least the TOR browser if nothing else. Other users are reporting that, due to attacks which Nova seems unable to properly address, they are banning IP ranges. That's also why they've shut down the registration function. It seems that some users, depending on their country of residence, are unable to connect at all.

If you can connect via VPN, then get your coins off this exchange ASAP. They seem incompetent at best, and on the verge of exit scamming at worst.

The website is up for now and trading activities are on going, my only advise is that you should set your 2-factor on your account to avoid account hacking.

I just tried to register. I wasn't using a VPN and I said my country was the USA. I'll try an international VPN node and/or say I'm in Sweden.

Ive been trying to register with VPN from all around for a month now, seems like they are really not accepting new customers at the moment One of the locations i used was completely blocked.

I tried a VPN node in Sweden. No joy. Listing your country as Sweden doesn't work either. Let me know if you're able to register; the crypto I'm trying to sell is only listed on Nova Thanks!
