MtGox Sepa Wire Deposit not credited after 12 Days

Hello,

As title say i have sent a 500+ euro sepa bank wire deposit to the mtgox polish bank account 12 days ago, but still not accounted.

My mtgox account is verified.
I have contacted the support the first time 9 days ago, they requested me transaction info, screenshot of the transaction ecc, but nothing solved and now is 4 days that my support request is unanswered.

The last reply from the support is a simple "thank for the information submitted, we will locate your funds as soon as possible", but is 4 damned days ago.

I'm asking for suggestions on what to do in this situation, that is becoming more and more uncomfortable to me as the day passes.

was it your first transaction?
maybe there is an error in your settings

I have already withdraw from mtgox (on the same bank account that i used for deposit).

What error in settings are you talking about ?  is a sepa bank wire.

just meant that you maybe had an error in your sepa account information. but if you used it already it couldnt be the problem
