Is it possible to reach 5,000 $ /btc this week or next week ?
Looks like we won't be hitting $5,000 on this run at all. I would expect to see $1,500 before $5,000. Maybe on the next bubble. This week or next week? That will be impossible, we all know we have an upcoming network splitting this August, though it is not still sure, are making many users and inbestors panic, selling off their bitcoins waiting for a dump to buy again. I can't bkame then it is the good way to make profit. Maybe after the month of August, we will be seeing a price above $3000, $5000 maybe will be up at the last month of this year. This will be a more optimistic approach and I guess expecting $5000 in the month of September or October may not be possible if anything great happens to bitcoin like acceptances from various countries. If China, Russia, Australia or India announces to accept bitcoin then the price may raise high even more otherwise the price will remain around $1800-$2700. |

If China, Russia, Australia or India announces to accept bitcoin then the price may raise high even more otherwise the price will remain around $1800-$2700.
I think you should understand that countries aren't, and likely won't accept Bitcoin in the future. Legalization of Bitcoin is something completely different than accepting Bitcoin, from a governmental position. Other than that, people are mainly focusing on what will happen with SegWit2X and the UASF, which for now has far more priority than whatever country legalizing Bitcoin.... |

5000$ is possible, of course, but from my point of view this will not happen so soon. In one period bitcoin price was very quickly heading towards 3000$ and everyone thought then there are no limits anymore. But don't forget that market is unpredictable, many factors you can't influence have impact on it, so everything is possible.
Yeah people are to eager, let bitcoin reach 3k first and then 4k until we reach those 2 milestones it is useless to think about 5k since those two milestones needs to be reached first before we can set our eyes on the 5k mark. |

Yeah people are to eager, let bitcoin reach 3k first and then 4k until we reach those 2 milestones it is useless to think about 5k since those two milestones needs to be reached first before we can set our eyes on the 5k mark. The price move is quite a sustained starting from few weeks back after decreasing from the price near to $3000. So in my belief $3000 is almost a reached milestone which could happen anytime soon. Based on the price move taking place at that particular time we can predict whether the milestone $4000 and $5000 will be reached in a short or not. |

Currently bitcoin prices are experiencing simultaneous increase and decrease. But the price is always stable and also not far move. Though this can be used to be able to earn profits. Actually in past time, the price of Bitcoin has been pumped and breakout $5,000 in exchange China, just by demand buy in other exchange not enough for keep this trend has make Bitcoin falls down with bad news till today. |

Prices are not going to slash down over these news or even if China takes out their money off BTC on the go. I think this dip is temporary just like we saw before when it went down to 4100 from 5k and it is doing the same thing again by breaking down from 4650 back to 4197. My instinct says that we are not going below 4k and yes, you are right that it's an opportunity to buy bitcoins at these rates because even if BTC goes back to 5k soon, you will get more than 20% added to your portfolio which even none of the banks in this world promise to give. |
