According to various news sources, today (May 10) was supposed to be the deadline for the SEC to either issue a ruling on the Bitcoin Investment Trust ETF or kick back the decision to a later date.  I haven't seen any news on the matter.  What's going on?

Also has anyone seen an authoritative date as to when the BATS (Winklevoss) review will be complete?  Some news outlets reported May 15, but I'm pretty sure that's just the deadline for comment submissions...

Not sure when the review of Winkle boys will happen, but that's not the only ETF application with SEC.  There are three in total (and there could be more applying).  One has decision in October 2017 according to this....
