Please PM me too. I would be interested in investing if it looks like a decent operation.

I sent a lengthy email out to all past & present RS investors. BitFunder did release the shareholder list, and we have updated our internal spreadsheet to reflect all shares. I believe everything is accounted for.

We've also moved over all the financial statements to the google drive file, which all investors have access to.

For public consumption, here's the ending November statement. Next year all of these will be prepared by a 3rd party accounting firm.

Hey I am on that list:

1   1F9xpLoDfuCgsaK7jqQTkVEoU1jgWTh5gY

so what shall I do?

Check your email - I've been sending out regular updates, since about the 10th I've been sent a list from bitfunder with everyone's email addresses, to whom I've been regularly communicating with.

Have you sent out the dividends yet? Just confirming since I see nothing on the address "yet".

Cheers!

Making Apps and Websites for people. I charge reasonable rates ($30-40/hour in BTC).

Sadly my wallet is still syncing. I didn't realize it was so out of date. Once it gets done i'll send it out.

I gave up syncing and switched to electrum. You might consider that (or something similar like Multibit) as well if syncing takes too long while BTC is tanking.

I'll have to look at that. Normally I use coinbase or another online wallet setup. Ben from BuyAHash is supposed to be sending everyone's payment out if i can't get my wallet set up soon.

We sent out a email this morning concerning a potential listing on havelock & ciphertrade. If you are an investor please check your email for the newsletter update about voting. So far I do believe the measure has been passed, but I want shareholders to get a vote.

Dividends will be paid today.

Total of .47btc being paid out with 64.5% being paid directly to investors (As per the new contract revision, I collect 35.5% NET income per property for the first 6 months).

This represents roughly 5.5% APY on investment. This is only the payment for Logan street, if we get mill rented out it will roll over to the next month where we could potentially have a double-payment.

I just sent over the shareholder list to Havelock for migration. I also sent an email out to everyone.

You will need to use the SAME bitfunder email address to sign up to havelock. If this needs changed please email me ASAP.

I am also missing emails for two IDs.

"If you do NOT want your shares migrated to HL in preference of CipherTrade, let me know immediately. "

When will CipherTrade go live? Will there be migration service?

Thanks

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash."  -  Child Harold - February 28, 2014

I am unsure how migration will work at this time. Right now the best option will be migration to havelock.

Ciphertrade looks to be maybe 1 month away at this time.
