Hello,

I sent a transaction from my Android Bitcoin wallet a couple of days ago without a fee (since feeless transactions seem to be getting confirmed quickly as of late), but it wasn't propagating aross the network properly.

Today I reset the blockchain and did a double spend with a fee this time, but it's not propagating either. Every once in awile the transactions seem to get up to 10% / 100 nodes or so, but before long, the nodes start declining and end up at 1-2 nodes.

First of all, it seems to me nodes must be rejecting the transaction for some reason, otherwise I would expect quick propagation after it gets a foothold in the network, right? I sent a payment from Mt.Gox (obviously well connected) and it was almost fully propagated within a minute. What's going on here? Why isn't the transaction propagating?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

transactionID of each of the two transactions?  Can't really answer your question without being able to analyze the specific transactions you are asking about.
