If I lose at level 1, do I have to go back to level 0 again?  Like do I have to win 15 tournaments without losing to get the 25 BTC?  Or is it just that if I lose level 1 too many times I'll have to deposit some funds to afford the buy-in?

No you just have to be the first person to win in all buyins to get the extra 25BTC. You don't even have to buy chips since if you win the lower level, you can afford the next level.

Fair enough. 

I expect it would be hard to find enough people to play at some of the higher levels though.  The highest level is a 25,000 chip buyin I think, which is about $700 or so isn't it?

The other thing I was wondering about was what the red, green, and blue tournaments were about.  Do I 'only' have to win all the blue ones to get the 25BTC prize?

The colors are just to distinguish multiple tables with the same stakes. Yes I understand the higher buyins. It's a little hard. I'm thinking of a way to make it easier. Thanks anyway.
