There is no legal framework yet for cryptomining , so at the moment, its neither legal nor illegal.

I have also setup ethereum mining farm and faced issue in cooling, electricity is not a big deal we will get it directly from the electricity board but cooling solution needs to be explore for large mining farm.

Could you throw some light about the total cost incurred and viz a viz earning from mining. Is it beneficial to still run mining inspite of electricity , equipment heavy costs involved. Also form couple of month ETH value has not increased as compared to btc which has grown in upwards in the same time?

mine in Eth and convert to BTC at time ETh/BTC goes high

Banning mining would be equivalent to say you can't do math with your computers lol

Goa, Himachal in India have one of the lowest electricity prices. Himachal would have the cooling advantage though internet connection speeds are bad. Goa has humidity issues. I'd pick Himachal to setup a rig. I am @reviewero on Telegram if anyone wants to discuss collab
