Strange....they have the money to hire the best CS guys but they don't do it.

It takes time to train these guys and get them online and into the pipeline. Heck, even with BOA it's a roll of the dice as to whether you get a knowledgeable rep when you call. I called the other day and was given three completely different answers to a question over the course of three calls. And BOA isn't dealing with a language barrier.

Ladies and gentlemans. I have figured it out. Most of us think they just act lame and incompetent.
But what if they are just beta-testing the IBM Watson.

Just heard about that...maybe we should sell some BTC for stock lol
