Ark obviously, the voting delegate system of POS is awesome for people wo want to hold. And it'll for sure go up in price soon.
Ledger nano implementation, coming bridge with eth, awesome team, not just trending coin but real purpose coin.

So under top 100, i really love wagerr ! The deflationary system is awesome, it'll be huge soon when the mainnet will be released, jump in board before moon, really can easily be a x10 in few month and more in a year !

You should take a look at ZenCash, FLO, SAFEX.
They all have pretty low cap and good fundamental features to grow.
BTW SAFEX is still good opportunity to buy.

Below the top 100 ..  half of the answers do not answer the question of the topic.

For my part, below the top 100, I would say:

- Zencash: A very beautiful fork of Zcash with a real community, and an interesting and decentralized system of governance, great potential
- Zcoin: Just the best project in the anonymay, no comparison possible!
- Cloakcoin (open-source in less than 1 month) so we will see the quality of the project but I have confidence in the team
