So I was unable to take part in the AVT ICO today due to MEW going down.  I'm now in my wallet and getting:

Ahh! There are too many tokens for our poor nodes! Click "Load Token Balances" to see them all. You are limited to loading these once per minute. Try checking your balance on https://etherscan.io or Ethplorer.io instead.

I am using Ledger Wallet and was hoping someone could give an idea as to where else I can go about using Ledger for ECR20 tokens, other than MyEtherWallet.

Can't you use Metamask (Google app) to receive ERC20 tokens?
Not ever tried it but I do hold some ETH in a Metamask address.

Not sure but does it sync with Ledger Nano S?
