It's really interesting. Why you focus only on agri? I think that there are a lot of really good assets in real estate, gold e.t.c.

Soft cap is 50 000 ETH, while the hard cap is 100 000 ETH or 125 million tokens (whichever happens first). If an amount of tokens sold during the crowdsale will be less than 125 million, they will be burned as well as the corresponding amount of other 125 million tokens that is distributed for other purposes. |

Agricultural assets have both its value disregard who manages it (like gold or real estate), but also provide an opportunity to reap profitability of equity of a company in a favorable market niche (unlike ABT or ABS with gold or real estate as an underlying asset). |

Land plots and trees are the obvious choices of assets that can be collateralized. Other long-term assets can be collateralized but rollover mechanism together with the right for continuous partial token redemption must be in place for investors to be safe. |
