Even if we say to sell cheap, there is no buyer. There is no volume. It’s in forkdelta. Smiley. Best of all, our tokens do business, perhaps with starting to trade in a more robust stock exchange. Roadmap will be a good start to find out what the devs have in plan but a listing with an exchange with actual volume is what MDN needs the most, and I don't expect it to happen for at least another 6 months, there are already more reputable projects with more funding that are struggling to get listed with bigger exchanges, so I think it will take more time than people think.

Bringing you all up to speed we announce that all Meridian Bounty rewards have officially been served.

If you were a participant in any of our bounty campaigns, you’re advised to check your balances.

Moving forward – as you all are already aware, an MDN/ETH trading pair is now available on the ForkDelta exchange.

Though we cannot comment on any issue related to price speculation, we remain confident that ForkDelta is a suitable venue for these early stages of live trading.

Secondary listing will be achieved during Q3 2019 – which we can confirm will be with a larger platform.

Prior to that, we intend to release the updated Roadmap for the Meridian project.

The new Roadmap will shed details on our upcoming brand revamp, Secondary Listing and the Beta version of the Meridian Loans Platform (MLP).




The Meridian Loans Platform

The centrepiece of the Meridian ecosystem is our Bitcoin Loans Platform.

For those of you who are new to the project, Meridian is a digital asset that is designed to be used in combination with Bitcoin.

Via our MLP Platform — Meridian tokens can be used as collateral to secure bitcoin loans of higher value than the cumulative value of the MDN tokens initially pledged as collateral.

In addition to this, repayment rewards will also be served to users via the platform — as incentive to build repayment history.

MLP users will not be able to derive any benefit from the platform without first being in possession of an MDN balance, which must be purchased from an exchange — thus adding a form of incentive and intrinsic value to MDN tokens.

Through MLP, users will be able to obtain a secured micro-loan (Bitcoin denominated) and each of these loans must be secured with a specific amount of MDN tokens pledged as collateral, to be released back to the user once his full loan repayment has been confirmed.

We aim to release MLP (beta) during Q3 2019.

Once compliance with FCA (UK) regulations is finalised, we will be charged with bringing together a suitable team to ensure that the beta version of the platform is suitable enough to allow us to run a series of live testing, during which time we will trial distribution of $10,000 (BTC Equivalent) in secured loans.



New Roadmap

The updated Meridian Roadmap is due to be released during the third week of April.

The map will provide official dates for our upcoming brand revamp, secondary exchange listing and the release of MLP beta.

Overall, we are committed to slowly and tactfully building infrastructure around the Meridian project — to ensure a lengthy stay in this market.
