Hello everyone,
Hello Everyone!
First time doing posts like these so please be kind Smiley

I tried to withdraw STORJ coins from the BTER chinese exchange platform I sent it to the following address and tx id:

Address: 0x2bcc921d4e26c00d9765ea23916127f782a30ee3 (I'm sure this is the right address, I did a test of 20 STORJ before with the exchange and it worked)
Tx Id:0x4f0e93a4f0247f871b77c75321f2f1caafd27e8ec64c73a015c6eabff3655b99

Usually, when I withdraw from the platform, it allows me and i have done it many times.
For this particular case, it says that the transaction worked however when I add the transaction id to etherscan.io, it shows the following message:

"Sorry, We are unable to locate the Transaction entry"

It has been 12 hours and nothing has changed! Usually withdrawals take maximum 2 hours at worst.

I emailed BTER and they havent responded at all. Has anyone ever had a situation like this? How long did it take to transfer your coins because it seems like mine have disappeared?

Also could it be possible that if the transaction fails that it comes back to the exchange? I just don't want my coins beings stolen by the exchange because it was a lot of money Sad It seems like they gave me a random tx id and took the coins :/

Thanks
