I dont recommendet for all send from your real email, for airdrops/bounties you mast have separate email for this, after some one airdrop my poloneix account be hacked ( I send from my real email), so be careful

You can't be hacked if they only knew your e-mail. You can be hack if you use the same email and password on multiples sites and one of this site's database is hacked. You can check if your email is compromised here: https://haveibeenpwned.com/

Anyway, if you had 2FA enabled, this wouldn't have happened. 

we learn everyday! thanks for both inputs! both suggestions/contributions are useful. to my best understanding by using 2factor authentication is the best and most safest way to prevent hackers from getting access to your account and also by not using same password in different website.
i see HOWL.DEV has already amended the messaging rules, participants now have options, (i.e messaging either email or PM) which ever you feel it more convenient.
