Guys, what do you think about the TERA project? It seems to me that with the technologies that TERA develops and implements - such promising projects as Semux unfortunately lose their relevance. I don’t want to offend anyone.
I'm not very familiar with the TERA project, but I still think that these are slightly different coins , and both have their advantages and in the big world of cryptocurrencies there is enough space for both of them

So as for now its just a testnet after almost 3 years of development? Why are they so slowly? 33% is for validators as you said, But I asked what ROI for delegators? Do they have plans to decrease rewards and when?
There is testnet and mainnet. You are working on bad information. Approx 33% ROI for validators. Delegates get nothing. (If they did, then no one would need to vote as they would just burn coins to make deligates). Yes, there is plans to decrease the reward. It's listed on the very front page of the website. ( http://semux.org) It states: Block Rewards: 22,000,000 SEM (mining ends in years 2031-2032) 0-2M blocks: 3 SEM / block 2M-6M blocks: 2 SEM / block 6M-14M blocks: 1 SEM / block Ok, I understand. I though that there is a DPoS system. So if mainnet launch was more than year ago than why there is no daaps, or how are they going use this blockchain? For what? Semux and runs on a DPoS (Delegated-Proof-of-Stake) system. Semux BFT consensus algorithm, this is an improved version of DPoS system. about daaps it is better to ask developers, 2 months ago launched VM (Virtual Machine) now Semux supports smart contracts written on solidity Solidity? I though that Semux built on Java (at least as far as I remember they have announced it since beginning). So in fact now this is just a copy of Ethereum?

Semux written in Java, but can now support smart contracts from the Ethereum network
So is it possible to copy some smart contract from ethereum blockchain and apply it in semux? Do it has some resources to validate smart contract?

Well, not quite so simple, here is a good instruction for deploying a simple smart contract ,but it is in Russian semux-quick-start-guideI, to be honest, not quite well versed in this technically, if you are interested you can ask your questions in the channel discord developers https://discord.gg/qQVckKZ

Yes this is not an official application, but you can not be afraid to download it, the developer of this application is a member of the community (contributor, pool operator) @Phash#9145, you can chat with him in discord, the release of the official application, according to the roadmap of the project is scheduled for Q1-Q2 2020

This is to propose increasing the number of validators from 100 to 140 VALD to make fair competition among all delegates ? if possible at the technical side of view from Development team ? . Thank you

Welcome to the team! poolFeePercent = 0.016 is a fixed percentage or is it a promotion to attract users? I think it 's too small to date or you have a free server to run the pool
