The fix is already part of the upgrade. some of the delegates has not yet updated. as mentioned by dev 4 more delegates are needed for the blockchain to proceed.

That means now we just keep our wallet active, when there are enough delegates the blockchain will continue to move forward, I understand right?

Unfortunately, we were unable to get every delegate upgrade their wallet, so the decision of destroying the old testnet is made. The wallet has been updated and can be downloaded at https://github.com/semuxproject/semux/releases (PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION THERE CAREFULLY).

If you can't make your machine stay online, please do not register as a delegate for the testnet.

The team will send 2000 SEM to each of the following addresses (collected from email or inbox, please make sure you still have the corresponding wallet file - "wallet.data")
