Your just literally mentioning the features of both the debit cards for Bitpay and Coinbase now. Well @AdolfinWolf looks like you are right, I did a little background search on my own and found out that the address they are using is from another company named Smith Emmerson. This is probably the smoking gun that the website is just to scam people and just take their KYC profiles from them.  Fake address plus a cheaply built website says it all.

The registration number they claim to have in the UK "MZ08151830" has been used for several suspicious looking cryptocurrency cash-out websites, but is nowhere to be found in any UK registries.
There are a few companies with the "CRYPTO EXCHANGE" name, but none match the  details given here

Any deal with FIAT that doesn´t require KYC is shady and risk. Because there are a lot of laws and regulations that will enforce KYC. If you are not obeying the laws and regulations this is a shady, risk, illegal, etc...

And this debit card involves KYC, because when you use the debit card it will automatically convert BTC to fiat.
