esp8266 bitcoin ssid price ticker with wifi manager

I got pointed to this source and was missing the wifi manager. ESP8266 WiFi Connection manager with web captive portal
I added the wifi manager and hosted the source here.

Upload the source with the arduino IDE. On the first run the ESP8266 will fire a wifi hotspot and after you are connected you can find the wifi configuration page at http://192.168.4.1

When successful You will end up with something like this




I used the esp8266-01S for this with the usb adapter.
