if I get 1 bitcoin prize, I will divide the coins for some things, like for investment and to buy other needs.
but maybe if I see the bitcoinn price is still low, I'll hold it first, waiting for the new rising price on sale. to use investment in other altcoin. and share some advantages for homeless people.

If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?
It will depend on my financial condition at that time. If I don't have a financial crunch, then I will keep the coins with me for at least one year. After one year, depending on the growth prospects either I will sell a part of the stash or keep all of it for the long term. |

if i receive a gift of 1 bitcoin ill buy some altcoin to make a massive profit and to give them also a 1 bitcoin as a gift also. another thing is i will hold that bitcoin and sell it when bitcoin become 100k$ each.

If anyone gives me a gift of 1 btc maybe I will be very happy because I know how it costs but if it is given to people who do not know what bitcoin might be he will be confused, maybe if anyone give me this gift I will wait for the bitcoin price up I just sell but if Harag bitcoin is high then I immediately sell it.

if btc is a gift as a gift especially from a special person then I will keep it in a long time and I will sell it later if I really need funds and no other option unless I monitor the lower btc price may be tempted to immediately sell it , but as much as possible I will save it as a very valuable asset

If I were have a btc that is given by someone, what would i do? Honestly, it will depends on my situation. We're just only an average level in social status, so me and my family needs a resources to have an income. But when if it is nonnecessity, I will treasure it until it is needed. 😊

If ever someone unexpectedly gives me 1bitcoin. I will keep the 0.7 for future investments. the 0.3btc which will be maybe counted as 120,000 to 150,000 in my local money the 50,000 will be given to the needs of my family since my father needs maintenance for his sickness and we also need food storage. 20,000 are for family outing. 30,000 I want to donate it to our church because I believe that God gives me this 1bitcoin for a purpose and that is to help the needy. and the remaining balance are for my own relaxation or pleasures or other emergency expenses.

I will hold the haft of it and the other half I will invest in some investment. And when I get profit then I will convert it to cash so I can buy i want and my family needs. |

First of all if you have friends dishing out bitcoins please can you introduce me to them. My friends only take off me never mind give me a bitcoin. On a serious note id say it depends on your current financial situation and also the reason he/she gave it you. If it was a gift with no preconditions and you are in serious need of cash, less a chunk of it. If it was to get you into crypto and you don't need the money, sit on it, forget about it and watch it grow!

Keeping in mind, my current financial conditions, I do not need any money urgently. At such, I will keep it invested and let it grow with time. |

It depends on my conditions I think, well when someone give me 1BTC as a gift and at the same time I need money to solve my everything maybe I would sell it right away, doesn't matter how much the price belong to. But if I don't have any problem which is need to solve I think investing is my first choice.

I will save the half of it for sure 1 bitcoin was really a blessing so i will use it carefully. Then the half i will use it to make more income invest, trading or business was some of my plans. Well, if someone will really can give that.

If someone give me a gift and it's 1 btc I will be very happy about it. I will thank him for the gift he gave to me. I'll do to 1 btc I'll sell half of it to convert into cash and the rest half i will hold. When the day comes it will double the price of bitcoin. i will used the money for the needs of my family and I share with others the blessings I receive from others people with a good heart.

Considering the time when the question was asked, September 7 2017, the best option for sure would be holding because the price of Bitcoin was $4,500 at the time. But the question is "Holding for how long?". Some people might say that holding until today was a bad decision, because BTC was almost $20k in the mid December, but I think in two years max it will be obvious that selling everything at $20k was a joke. |

If someone give me one bitcoin, firstly i will say thank you so much for this biggest gift i didn't expect you to do this after that i will keep, wait and hold it until the price go up high that's the time i will sold my coins and convert into fiat money and then i will pay back the gift they given to me. So more coins i will hold more profit i will gain.
