RobinHood Equity (RHET) Token

RHET is a security token that derives its value from late-stage, secondary acquisition of securities of Robinhood Inc. It gains value from the price appreciation of Robinhood Inc shares.

The RHET Token is essentially:
A fractional ownership stake in a special purpose fund with ownership in Robinhood Inc
A blockchain based security token, issued within a regulatory compliant framework.
The shares are held by an SPV, managed by a Syndicate Manager
Prospective Deal terms
Share Class: Common Stock
Price per Share: to be determined
Syndicate Mgmt Fees: 1% Mgmt Fee and 10% Carried Interest +
Swarm “Gas for Fund Operations”
Syndicate Soft cap: $300K
Syndicate Hard cap: $1M
Purpose of Capital Raise
Proceeds from the sale of tokens will be used for:

investments in Robinhood Inc,
operating fee inclusive of administrative and operating expenses (including infrastructure fee for Swarm Fund).

Unfortunally I don't know how to improve it, I only know that it's a shame because many many litereally shit coins got pumped everyday for no reasons while SWM and underneath security tokens have value
