Hi there, Swarm will indeed be using smart contracts.  The Swarm platform is a decentralized funding platform. Every SWM token holder is owner of Swarm in the end.
The most important thing to understand is that the goal of swarm of to be a full stack out of the box regulatory compliant solution for security tokens. All decentralized and owned by the community.

I can agree with part of this, although I would include that Swarm's pre-IPO equity tokenization is another brillian move that's sure to catch on. Certainly nothing we've seen before
