This is a great question because it hits right at the heart of why we're working on MAP. Right now, there is nothing stopping someone sending you a security token which you may not legally be compliant to hold. This is one of the challenges of trading security tokens. MAP deals with this by requiring every trade (before proceeding) to confirm that both the sending and receiving wallets are qualified, and will even go further and require the receiving wallet to approve (or somehow indicate approval) the transaction, to avoid the above situation.
