Hi Kutataxoa, Swarm's platform allows projects to tokenize real estate, pre-ipo stocks, masternodes, etc, so they can offer fractional ownership of these to anybody. Often, the opportunities on offer would otherwise require large amounts of capital to be involved. Swarm lets the average guy access great investments that can exclude non-accredited investors.
