At Swarm, we take the security of your funds very seriously, and we want you to do the same.

Backup your seed
Don’t lose access to your funds. When you first registered an account on Swarm, you were displayed a secret seed which can be used to recover access to your account should you lose your password. This seed is not stored anywhere else, and no one at Swarm can provide it for you. Make sure you have it stored safely and backed up. If you lose your secret seed and your password, there is nothing we can do to restore your access. In fact, we recommend that anyone who has lost their seed but still has access to their account seriously consider setting up a new account on Swarm (just make sure to withdraw all your funds first).

Official statement regarding our decision to delist from Bancor:

In line with our aims of being transparent with our community, and in anticipation of further exchange listings, we would like to advise that Swarm has decided to delist from Bancor.

It is important to be regularly evaluating our earlier decisions as we grow. Bancor provided much needed liquidity in the period following the public token sale, however, in light of our long term strategy, we feel there is a strong incentive to aim for high profile, larger exchanges, both in terms of reaching a larger audience and providing far greater liquidity.

In the meantime, SWM will continue to be available on HitBTC and IDEX, and in due course we will announce further exchange partners which we are already actively communicating with.

This decision is in no way intended to be a negative reflection on the Bancor network, and we are thankful and appreciative of the services they have and continue to provide.

From speaking with the team on this, a large part of this delisting on Bancor is because it will help concentrate volume in the other exchanges. This is in line with the team's vision moving forward.
