I wanted to make sure before going ahead to pick up my first ever HAC tokens from HitBTC. What I want to be sure if the token is same as of available on initial coin offering (ICO) site because I see advantage in buying it from exchange but when it comes to talk about hitBTC always good to be make sure twice at least before processing anything.

Can anyone tell me what's suspicious in hitBTC? I'm just curious.

I've read some not very good comments on review sites about it.
Some "deceived" users complained of the exchange there.

Thank you for your feedback!
We'll check the information.
We've never received complaints before. Besides a part of our investors voted for this exchange.

I think if complains are just a few than it can be connected with sometimes happening errors (they happen with every site).
We shouldn't take such problems into consideration.

You are right in the 1st part.
But still before joining any exchange or service you should check it yourself. It's just a necessary and useful precaution.

But of course. It can also mean that users forgot their passwords or had problems with internet connection.
I've also read not very good good comments about Yobit on this forum. Nevertheless many people go on using it.

Yes, Yobit was also voted for by our investors. And it is rather popular.

Thank you for your positive mark!
Feel free to ask any question, to join us on website, socials and telegram.

Thanks for invitation.
Can newbies join in?

Of course. Any member can take part in ICOs.
You must have confused it with airdrops and bounties where there are some restrictions for ranks.

I guess I have Smiley
What is about bounties in your project? Do you have such a program?

Our bounty program is already closed.
But we also have a referral program. A person who invites an active investor can earn 5% from the amount of investing.

Hi.
The page looks super though I haven't seen the previous version.
Do you plan to open something like showroom for customers to be able to touch the products/feel them in hand?
Hello.
Thank you for your feedback!
Yes, we are planning to open them.
We'll announce about it on website and socials.
That's very good!
I prefer to see and touch them in real. I must be too old-fashioned Smiley
Will I be able to buy the gadgets for fiat there?
Of course you will be able to buy them for fiat.
But there are also many benefits for token holders. The products can be bought for token earlier than for fiat and with a considerable discount.
I understand the benefits but I'd like "to see and touch them in real" too.
Will it be possible to buy product for token in a showroom?

Yes, of course. Only it should be noticed that products will be available in the showroom later than on the site for token holders.

And what countries do you plan to open them in?

Most likely it'll be countries of origin of project and products.
But it is all still planned. So any news and updates concerning products, stores and showrooms will be announced on site, socials and telegram.

I think that inventors will like such showrooms especially when they are located in their countries.
Will the products be sold in currency of the showroom's country?

Products are planned to be sold in our tokens and fiat. The price will be in HAC and $. Local fiat will be consider after showroom opening.

Hi.
I'm interested in online stores.
You look like a mix of Amazon, Aliexpress etc. + kickstarter.
That's a very interesting concept! Smiley
I think I'll research for more info.

Hello.
Thank you very much!
We differ from the named stores in many ways.
The main thing is that we sell our own high-tech hardware products and our services.
We are always glad to see new people interested in our project!
Feel free to ask any question here, on socials and telegram.

Does your investor decide himself which product he may invest in?

No, there is no need in it.
We have one token for all products and services. Our investor can buy any of them.
And that's our advantage in comparison with kickstarter and similar services. There is no risk that a product fails and investors lose their money.

Ok. If the investor liked only 1 product and it somehow failed to launch how can he get his money back?

There is now problem here. An investor can sell tokens on exchanges or trade them there.

Thank. Now I got it. That's also a difference from kickstarter-type services on fiat.
Pity there will be some transaction fee. Otherwise it would be perfect way out for investors Smiley

Yes. It's our difference too.
Transaction fees aren't only present in our project. There are fees in any transaction. That concerns both cryptocurrencies and currencies.

Hi.
The proj is interesting.
But isn't it too complicated to run a few branches of project at once?
Wouldn't it be simpler to concentrate on 1?

Hello.
Thank you!
Not at all. We have different staff and management teams for all our brenches.
Engineering team, management team, marketing team etc.
Our partners also take part in our project.

I got it.
When you open a new hackspace and the amount of start-ups increases in them. How will you divide you staff among them?

That's not a problem at all. A new staff will be hired for a new hackspace. It's also stated in our 'use of proceeds'.

Sounds good. You'll also be an employer in future.
I think that authorities of countries' of hackspaces locations will appreciate it too.

The products looks good. I guess it may be useful for security specialists.
