1xbit scammed me for 550 mBTC (0.55 BTC)

What happened::

First of all I want to mention that I made the post already in their ANN topic with user konabel, but since they refused to help me, i got frustrated and inactive. And at some point, I could not access my account anymore on the forum as i did not remember the password anymore. I also did not had access anymore to my email, because out of frustration I deleted/changed it to let it rest. But a few weeks ago I decided to take action because 1xbit must be stopped, and we have to prevent people to become a victim.

27 dec 2020 I made a deposit of 200 mBTC to 1xbit.com
I started gambling, and was lucky with my bets and won some money. I decided to withdraw 2 amounts : 58 mBTC and 22 mBTC. Both were processed without any problems.
Next day, I tried to login to bet again and suddenly my account was blocked. I contacted the security department, and they wrote me:

'Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.'

At that moment, my balance was increased to about 670 mBTC.
They confiscate 550 mBTC. Remaning balance when I could login again was about 120 mBTC.
They told me I could withdraw this funds from 120 mbtc, since I already withdrew 80 mbtc - the total withdrawal would then be 200 mbtc, which was my deposit.

I asked 1xbit_official what the problem was, he said that I broke the rules with my bets placed.
So of course I asked him to explain this in detail, since I have the right to know what I violated.
he refuses to explain, and just tell me that I broke the rules with my bets, without any explanation.
Since I can not login to mya ccount anymore, I can not post my betting history. I asked 1xbit_official many times to provide me the betting history or post it here on the forum, so that all the people can judge if my bets were fair or not. I am 100% sure my bets won fair. 1xbit_refuses to give any explanation and just sticks to the answer that I violated the terms and that i must proof that I did nit violate anything.
How can you proof that you did not violate anything if you do not know where you accused from?

It is absolutely clear to me that they do not like winners and decided to take my winnings, on the moment they saw I won to much. Funny detail is that they processed 80 mBTC in total before my account was closed, since they still have 120 mbtc netto from my deposit from 200 mbtc.

I think 1xbit_official is not going to solve this, but the least we can do is give them a red card to warn others about it.
Now there is a yellow card, but they deserve red because of all the scams.

This is not the first time. There are a lot of scam accusation in this forum against them. I can not understand why people go there to play despite knowing about them. The common question from me LOL.

Btw I am feeling a good for you that you atleast can withdraw your deposit. LOL, other people can not do that. Yes, it's sure they don't  love the winners and when someone win some x of deposit they just blocked them by giving a false rules violation.

To be honest nothing can do for you at this moment. They will not back your winnings 99%. I can just support the flag what you have created .(actually already have a lot support of flag against them )

Wondering how 1xbit even send you the deposit even. They are such scammer from long time that I wouldn’t surprise if they didn’t send you any amount. Regarding your case, I can't see anything good to be happened as they are doing this for a long time and tagging them would make no different as well.
Always DYOR before you start gambling on online casinos. There are number of alternative reputed casinos. You are lucky enough that you got your deposit back.

For bettors, this is the hardest thing to accept getting ban without explanation what rules you violated, you do not know how to defend yourself because you have no idea what rules you break they just tell you straight you are ban, just like that.
Then they have a thread here that will try to resolve issues, but what issues do they what to resolve because they accuse players of breaking rules without stating what rules are broken.
They are not really serious about resolving issues here the thread is just a front that they trying to fix their reputation.

yep, the fact that they have already sent you your initial deposit just means that they consider this case as solved. I doubt they'd reopen this case again.

also, I agree with bittraffic. you are lucky to even get the initial deposit back, I have seen scam accusations against them where they take all the funds as compensation for the "damages" the accused caused to their company.

perhaps in the future just completely avoid the gambling site.

I wrote already in my message that 1xbit gave me my deposit back from 200 mbtc, but that is not the solution. They still have stolen 550 mbtx from my balance, by voiding all my won bets!

These are paid supporters to shill and to defend 1XBIT from accusations, they cannot get new members on this forum because they are exposed they can only target newbies who have not read or are unaware of 1XBIT reputation, those people they scammed should continue posting their bad experience to warn people to stay away from this scam gambling site, they will eventually go down.

This is not strange when it comes to gambling in general, because if you are successful and make a profit, you are immediately suspicious and if you do not start losing, they will find some way to prevent you from continuing to be successful. When we know that all this is happening in the online world, then it is very clear how easy it is to disqualify someone whether he is guilty of something or not.

I have had such situations in the physical branches of sports betting shops where they simply refused to accept payments without giving me the exact reasons - except that it was clear to everyone that I had taken so much money from them that I was no longer desirable for their business.

The advice for you is to better choose who to entrust your money to, and to consider a strategy to distribute your winnings on more online bet/gambling sites.

Hello everyone, I must open case here because 1xbit.com is biggest scam betting website on internet. They steal from people too easy and this scam must be stopped.
I deposited 240 usdt to account first time created on this website. Then bet on two games. First lost, and second won 214 usdt.
Tried to withdrawal, and then my account goes locked and cannot login. Then I sent email and they said stopping cooperation with me because violated terms? What terms? I did two bets, freaking two bets and you are telling me I have violated any terms? You are thief you know that? I will show to all people here the screenshots proof of my bets I did, and picture is before I did the bet, and after the bet won, so you are not giving me access to login to my account, and also not giving my money on my account.What is this? Is this any kind of illegal activity you are doing to all people who will win something there? Anyway I have never did any withdrawal money there and you not give me my money!
I have evidence pictures of my two bets, before win and after win of my second game. I have total 214 usdt and i can show everyone that this is very big thief of website.

It's unlikely that you will be getting your money from 1xbit, they're notorious for withholding your money in unreasonable ground especially if you've win in their site, they won't let you go even at the smallest amount.

He's still in a lot of loss. What do you mean you returned his deposit? If I made a $50 deposit and won a $500 bet, and your scam company decided to return my $50 investment, I'm still out $450. When someone wins a bet, the stupid T&C kicks in, but when someone loses a bet, everything is fine, the bet was well placed. This isn't the first time 1xbit has accused a consumer of cheating the system or abusing the betting regulations.

Is it possible that someone disobeyed the rules? The best alternative is to freeze their account balance until everything is handled, rather than locking them out of their account to hide evidence.
