In the past month we have been researching and discussing with various exchanges and reached a consensus. We have taken multiple factors in consideration such as experience based on the history and running time, reputation, great community with a lot of active members, chatbox, and last but not least a lot of potential to grow (UI/UX and more).

Secondly, due to the fact that is in the CoinMarketCap’s Top 100 Exchanges and it has a real volume and most relevant for us for the new coins/tokens added.

We have been working on the platform using the scrum methodology, with releases every 2 weeks (sprint duration). Currently we are in the middle of the sprint and our first release will be at the end of the month.

Meanwhile, we are in discussions with exchanges and we will most likely get listed on a new one, more information on that as soon as it's available. On the same topic, we are engaged with strategies for reaching on coinmarketcap.com and other similar coin aggregators.

On the technical side, we have migrated our infrastructure to a new AWS clean environment, got an iOS invision prototype ready for display on our website, and some other updates which will be available by the end of the sprint.

Regarding online presence, we have discussed and agreed on a strategy for posting news and updates more frequently, such as weekly and sometimes daily; added a chat bot to prevent spam on our Telegram channel, our sub-reddit page will be released soon enough; created a new discord channel, which can be accessed via our website in the bottom navigation bar, and last but not least refactored our website after the token sale with a fresh user interface.

On the HELP structure aspect, we are in the phase of our last air-drop, which is the one for sale participants and we are currently discussing a burning strategy for our excess funds and a giveaway/air-drop strategy for our bounty fund to increase our community even further.

We have deployed the invision prototype for our iOS application, on our website, and it can be accesed via the home section. You can interact with the mockup and see a preview of our upcoming Beta release in which you can participate if you have an iPhone device via the TestFlight application, through an invite from us; more information on this will be available on the given time.

On the Devops & Backend side, we have finished an important topic of research that will benefit our platform greatly on the mid to long term: fine-grained microservice architectures. In the age of on-demand virtualization, infrastructure automation, continuous delivery, systems at scale and small autonomous teams, it is vital that the fundamental design of our platform must provide strategic key benefits such as technology heterogeneity, resilience, scaling, ease of deployment, organizational alignment, composability and more; for a more detailed report, check out our medium blog for the upcoming article.
