Never give up if you want something is the best life lesson i learned when i didn't try back in the day where opportunity come to me. . The lesson I've learned so far in my life is that many things can happen in a second, so imagine an hour, a day, a month. Great things may come in a year, but that too will pass within a second. I've also learned to do things right the first time. Always get things straight at the very beginning to have a good and solid foundation that specific thing. also  i learned was that you to learn to appreciate everything. Before i used to have everything i want, right now is a different story, i have to work hard to get each thing.

When you have an opportunity to do something now better to do this because later you would be upset.

Don't just regret what you have done, use it as your inspiration not to make decisions that you would regret.

There's many,  but here a practical lesson, learnt much later in life ...

Use your time and money wisely. When we are into our 20s we waste a lot of time and money, both things aren't easy to gain back.

Think about where you are spending your money - if a bike or car is what you are saving your money for then remember that it is a really bad depreciating asset.

If time is being wasted on entertainment then you aren't necessarily doing a bad thing - you just aren't managing it better! You need to allocate some time for reading, doing constructive things, earning some money on the side etc. There will still be plenty of time left for everything else.

When we are young we don't realize that time can do a lot of things, spending that time with family is something that is often missed - you don't get back that time when you grow up neither you can get that part of your family back!

Someone you've loved in the past has hurt you, make it a lesson on your next relationship not to trust easily. Love yourself always. If he leaves you, stand and prove that you can live without him.

The best lesson I have learned in life is to appreciate your parents while they are still there. Because when they are gone, we will realize how much we really love them.

If you fail in what ever you do don't be afraid to do it again because the next time you will do it, it will  be successful. "Experienced is the best teacher"
