I just checked Twitter this morning and it seems that it is already confirmed Trump won't attend the Republican debate to be held on Fox, but he will have an interview with former Fox's host Tucker Carlson on his new Twitter program.

What may be seen as a act of cowardice at first glance, but it is not. Trump has at least realized that he does not have anything to earn from a public political debate in national TV. Whether we like it or not he has the Republican nomination already in this bag (unless something very unexpected happens).

The debate may just serve the purpose of De Santis popularity to further fall in decline and open the path to a new second place.

More and more there are videos and people coming out into the open who say that the riots weren't started or made to happen by Trump people.

DC cop who sued nonviolent J6 protesters admits to CNN he was just watching the “riot” on TV

https://www.naturalnews.com/2023-12-31-cop-admits-just-watching-j6-riot-on-tv.html
Brandon Straka, a social media influencer who founded the "Walk Away" campaign to encourage people to leave the Democratic Party, revealed on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Washington D.C. officer Byron Evans admitted on CNN that he was not actually at the Capitol when the J6 "riot" happened.

In the interview, the CNN reporter described Evans' experience of watching the protest on television from a secure location for hours. "I just remember the anger I felt when I saw those images. Busting windows, climbing the walls and stuff like that. It was an audible gasp in the room," Evans admitted.

The cop and seven others sued former liberal Straka and other former President Donald Trump supporters under the KKK Act for "racist" attacks back on Jan. 6, 2021. Straka said in the social media post that they sued him, "alleging that I am a racist and a white supremacist and that I bore responsibility for their injuries."

That's funny.

Thanks for the help advertising this, TS. Here you are, again, playing both sides. You're kinda a strange one.

I know, I know. I should do more to help out the J6 victims. But I just am not in a position to do more. And it didn't occur to me to display the news in 40 point lettering, and bolded, besides.

So, keep it up. These J6 victims need all the help they can get.

To me one of the most disturbing parts of this kind of arguments and discussions about those who are in prison because of the things they did in January 6th is how everyone talks about them as they were the victims of all this mess and nobody seems to mention or even remember those capitol officers who literally committed suicide short after defending the Capitol from a mob. It only shows how degenerate the world of polítics in the west can be.
You get a job as an officer to try to better your life after years of mental struggle, so you can start to pay for your medication and your health mental care and then something as traumatic as the capitol attack happens that you just decided you do not want to live anymore.
Meanwhile, lawmakers of the Republican party cry and mourn for people who could be the same who physically assaulted hose who committed suicide.

How people is supposed to believe the Republican party is serious and actually care about the life of the average American citizen if they are willing to overlook all of it? Very disgusting and disturbing.

How people is supposed to believe the Republican party is serious and actually care about the life of the average American citizen if they are willing to overlook all of it? Very disgusting and disturbing.

To me, one of the most disturbing parts of Jan 6 is the unfairness against the victims, the so-called rioters. For example, Simone Gold of America's Frontline Doctors was giving a medical speech from the Capitol steps, where she had permission to do so, and she spent 60 days in jail for doing something she had permission to do. But even if she didn't have direct permission, she wasn't involved in any disturbance, just like most of them.

In addition, though you can't easily find info on it, there were in the range of 200 FBI agents aggravating the Jan 6 crowd. Are they in prison? No.

In addition, the sentences are way more than somebody should get for just being there.

In addition, Pelosi wouldn't authorize proper security which would have easily dissuaded the few people who actually did the rioting.

The whole Jan 6 thing was a combination of lies, a setup, and inappropriate sentencing. The only reason for it was to extend the election fraud to keep Trump from winning. The results of Trump not being in office are many. But one of the biggest is that about 600,000 soldiers have died in the Ukraine/Russia war... simply because Biden and evil Dems in Congress sent money and armament to Ukraine to extend a war that would have been over shortly if they hadn't sent it.

You might think that what Russia did was wrong and bad. But do you really think it was bad enough that Biden and the Dems should have caused the deaths of all those soldiers? And now they are going to lose Ukraine anyway. All because they cheated big time in the 2020 election.

Do you realize that you are implying that if the riots on January 6th within the Capitol building would have not happened the results of the elections would have been overturned? That does not make sense to me, how was that supposed to happen?
If those Trump protestors/rioters/demostrators had not been there that day, some lawmakers within the house and the senate would have simply rejected the results of those states Trump isntructed them to and then they would have gone through hours and hours and debate and a final vote, which would have ended with the results being accepted, moving onto the next state and so on.
The objective of the riot was to interrupt the process or even seek and destroy the state ballots cast by the electors and signed by the governors of the contested states.

I do not know anything that that woman you talk about who was unfairly arrested so I won't comment on it.

Also, if Trump was the president at the time and he had power over the FBI, how come he could not prevent agents to be among the crowd ? You talk as if the FBI was an arm of the Democrat party when in reality they respond to the President, which was Trump.
Instead Trump trying to figure out what happened that afternoon, he spent the last days of his first term playing golf in Florida, when he could easily find out and expose whether there was inflitration in Jan 6th or not.  Roll Eyes

Cool

Roll Eyes

Quite the contrary. If the riots in the Capitol had never happened, the election would absolutely NOT have been overturned. Why not? Because Trump would have been the winner, and there would have been no riots or overturning. Why no riots? Because the people wouldn't have been there to get pushed by 200+ FBI agents into even setting foot on Capitol grounds. They would have been out celebrating Trump's win.

The real reason why the people had anything to do with the Capitol grounds is because, Trump DID win. Trump lost by playing the game in an honest way. He lost by being defrauded out of the position he won, through cheating Dem leaders and their cohorts. He lost by not recognizing how evil his opponents really are. In other words, he lost by not being fit to be President.

The major result of Trump's loss is the hundreds of thousands of people dead and wounded in the Ukraine-Russia war. You completely ignore this. Yet it is probably the biggest thing that shows you just how far those murdering Dem leaders (and bank owners) are willing to go to achieve their goals of reducing the population and stealing property.

If Trump had taken his place as President, NATO would not have pushed to get Ukraine to join, and Ukraine would not have attacked their own people in the Donbas area, and Russia would not have had a need to go in to protect the people, and without Biden funding (which wouldn't have been there under Trump) Ukraine would have backed off, and all those dead and wounded soldiers would be home celebrating the New Year, happily.

Yet it seems that you and a bunch of people just can't see the death and torment in Ukraine because Biden won. Are you really such a warmonger that you try to ignore it as though it is almost nothing?

Slap On Wrist: DOJ Recommends Suspected J6 Provocateur Ray Epps Serve 6 Months In Prison

https://needtoknow.news/2024/01/slap-on-wrist-doj-recommends-suspected-j6-provocateur-ray-epps-serve-6-months-in-prison/
The Biden Department of Justice is recommending suspected January 6th provocateur Ray Epps be handed a six-month prison sentence for his involvement in the Capitol riot. Epps was documented telling individuals "we need to go into the Capitol" on Jan. 5th and, "We're here to storm the capitol," on Jan. 6th. He also texted his nephew about the events at the Capitol, writing, "I was in the front with a few others. I also orchestrated it." The DOJ claims they gave him a plea deal because he cooperated with the FBI, tried to "deescalate conflict" and was the subject of "conspiracy theories".

In another video, Ray Epps appears to be hoisting the massive Trump sign with several other Trump supporters toward the police.

The Biden Department of Justice is recommending suspected January 6th provocateur Ray Epps be handed a six-month prison sentence for his involvement in the debacle.

Filed on Tuesday, the DOJ sentencing memorandum claims Epps receiving a six-month sentence would be the "high end" of sentencing guidelines under the plea deal he reached with the feds.

Now the proof is coming forward that Trump wanted 10,000 National Guard troops in the Jan. 6 incident. And it is unwillingly coming from a source I didn't expect - Liz Cheney.

In addition to the below, you might be interested in >>> Final nail in Liz's coffin? TRUTH COMES OUT: Liz Cheney covered up “exonerating evidence” that Trump pushed for national guard protection on January 6

https://www.naturalnews.com/2024-03-13-liz-cheney-hid-evidence-trump-asked-guard-jan6.html
Former Representative Liz Cheney has responded angrily to a report by Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist accusing her and the January 6 committee of suppressing evidence that could have exonerated former President Donald Trump. It showed that he pushed for 10,000 troops from the national guard to protect the Capitol the day the riot took place.

Hemingway’s exclusive report showed how Cheney and the committee falsely claimed there was no evidence to support claims made by Trump officials that they requested the troops, yet an early interview they conducted showed that was exactly what happened. Cheney personally attended this interview and took part in it, yet it mysteriously disappeared from the supporting documentation.

The interview in question was conducted on January 28, 2022, and involved Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato. He told Cheney and the others present that he overheard the White House Chief of Staff at the time, Mark Meadows, press D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser to enlist the services of the troops to protect her city. In addition, he testified that Trump thought 10,000 troops would be needed to help keep the peace during the protests and rallies scheduled for the day.

Moreover, Ornato reported that the White House was frustrated by the slow deployment of assistance on the day by Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller.

His testimony matched that provided by the former Chief of Staff to the Acting Secretary of Defense, Kash Patel, who maintains that he was present when Trump authorized the 10,000 guards ahead of January 6. In his own piece for The Federalist, he said that several other officials were also present and testified under oath that he did make the request and that Mayor Bowser and the Capitol Police were informed of it.

Patel believes that because Ornato had an apolitical career with the Secret Service spanning decades, the committee couldn’t believably label him a “Trump loyalist” so they instead chose to suppress his testimony.

In addition to lying about the existence of the interview, Cheney and her committee took steps to ensure the transcript would not be viewable by the public. They also launched a campaign to damage the reputation of Ornato before they conducted follow-up interviews with him.

Hidden Jan. 6 Transcript Revealed, Undermining House Committee’s Claim

https://www.ntd.com/hidden-jan-6-transcript-revealed-undermining-house-committees-claim_978692.html
A previously hidden transcript of an interview conducted by a U.S. House of Representatives panel that investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol has been revealed, undermining a committee claim.

Anthony Ornato, who was the White House deputy chief of staff during the breach, told the committee that he overheard Mark Meadows, who was then chief of staff, on the phone with Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser. According to the transcript, Mr. Meadows wanted to ensure Ms. Bowser “had everything she needed.”

Mr. Meadows “wanted to know if she need[ed] any more guardsmen,” Mr. Ornato testified. “And I remember the number 10,000 coming up of, ‘The president wants to make sure that you have enough.’ You know, ‘He is willing to ask for 10,000.’ I remember that number. Now that you said it, it reminded me of it.”

Ms. Bowser said that “she was all set,” Mr. Ornato recalled.

Mr. Ornato was speaking to the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.

The committee said in its final report that it “found no evidence” supporting the idea that former President Donald Trump ordered 10,000 troops to be ready for Jan. 6.

“The former J6 Select Committee apparently withheld Mr. Ornato’s critical witness testimony from the American people because it contradicted their pre-determined narrative,” Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), who released the transcript, said in a statement.

“Mr. Ornato’s testimony proves what Mr. Meadows has said all along, President Trump did in fact offer 10,000 National Guard troops to secure the U.S. Capitol, which was turned down,” Mr. Loudermilk, the chairman of the House Administration Committee’s Subcommittee on Oversight, added.

Speaking to Fox News, Mr. Meadows previously said, “As many as 10,000 National Guard troops were told to be on the ready by the secretary of defense. That was a direct order from President Trump.”

Later on Fox News, President Trump said that he “definitely gave the number of 10,000 National Guardsmen, and [said] I think you should have 10,000 of the National Guard ready.”

The former acting secretary of defense, Christopher C. Miller, told Vanity Fair that, in a meeting on Jan. 5, 2021, he told President Trump that the Department of Defense was going to provide any number of Guard personnel that Washington officials requested.

President Trump, according to Mr. Miller, responded: “You’re going to need 10,000 people.” But Mr. Miller told the select committee that he “never … knew of any plans of that nature.”

“There was no direct, there was no order from the president,” he later added.

The committee highlighted Mr. Miller’s testimony in its final report but did not mention Mr. Ornato’s testimony, nor did it include Mr. Miller’s previous quote, Mr. Meadows’s comment, or President Trump’s remarks.

If you use your brain just a littttle bit more you would realize that:

A) Trump didn't need to ask anyone's permission to activate the national guard.  Especially the DC national guard.  The decision was his to make.  Not the speaker of the house, not the Mayor of DC.   If Trump decided he wanted to activate the National Guard before the insurrection, that's what he would have done.

B) Trump wanted his angry Magatards to march to the capital and stop Pence from certifying the election.  "Fight like hell or you won't have a country any more"....remember that?  The national guard would have only made it less likely that he was able to steal the election and stay in power - so it would be a pretty stupid thing to do from his perspective.

Yep, it's a little bit difficult to figure out what to do when they don't follow your orders. Especially at a time like this when your orders either way can be interpreted as election interference.

However, there were others who asked for additional security. There is even a video of Pelosi's daughter bragging about how Pelosi and her team stopped the additional security.

In addition, nobody knows what a person wants in  their heart. But Trump told his people to be peaceful about it, and to follow the rule of law.

Further, there is all kinds of info showing that the FBI and maybe the CIA were the ones agitation the crowd, and that it was their people who were doing the damage... not Trump's people.

So, your blab doesn't hold any water, right on its face.

Read some of the news and i dont know what to say really, although some may actually be innocent but what about the others that committed the crime, should they just go unpunished for their actions and if they do what kind of justice would that be for so many others that have been punished for crimes like this, I think if this must happen it should not be without proper percussion of each person in the court and let the law determine who woudl go unpunished or not even if I know that the law cam be very partial at times but I think it's better than letting everyone go.

I mean. There have been already people who has been found guilty of commiting felonies that day, while others have been convicted of minor crimes and many of them have been already released from prison. For example, the famous QAnon shaman, the guy dressed up in a wacky way and sat on the seat of the president of the Senate, has been already been released from prison and he has been giving some interviews since he got out.
The only thing I don't like is how people are supposed to be kept much time in jail while they await for trial. It sounds pretty much like an injustice, but I get the judicial system in the United States is not so quickly as it is supposed to be, there have been people who had spent up to one or two years while waiting for their chance to be tried.

That is the point. Here is a crude example.

There are a hundred bank customers at your friendly, neighborhood bank. Then 10 bank robbers come in, and point guns at everybody, and rob the bank. Then they get away.

But the courts adjudicate against the 100 peaceful bank customers and throw them in prison. What for? For simply being at the bank when it was robbed.

The point? Regarding the Jan. 6 people, adjudicate for harm or damage done... not for simply being there. In addition, now that we are finding out that FBI and CIA people were the instigators, adjudicate against the  CIA and FBI heads for not controlling their people... and give them hefty prison sentences... along with all those who gave CIA and FBI people orders to do what they did.

And what about the protestors who have already been tried in court and been found guilty of all kind of charges, like trespassing, destruction/theft of federal property or those few who were actually found guilty of sedition against the government of the United States?

Should the American Justice just to say: "Okey, sorry". And let them to walk out free, ignoring the legal procedure that took place?

Those who committed federal crimes on that day are just better off waiting for the possibility of Trump coming back and singing a pardon for them instead, sounds more appropriate.

This issue is really making a mockery of the US judicial system, because some of us that are from developing countries sees the US as a country that upholds democracy and justice, and seeing the issue of these rioters in their capital still lingering till now doesn't speak well of what the US is known for. America, has a constitution and a judicial system, so what's the problem? If the rioters committed offences by trespassing into the capitol hill, or wherever that is restricted, then let law take it's cause, if the footages showed prove of any one or group that murdered anybody in the riot, then let them be charged accordingly. I really don't see the need for all this publicity, except their judicial is no longer capable of dispensing justice or it's just an election stunt by Trump, team.
