I think not all cryptocurrencies can be successful, just use the right moment to make a profit

How many of these currencies are legitimate and how many are scams? And among the legitimate ones, how many will give you profits that could amount that high? It's very difficult to assume because several factors are at work. You have to have all the positive aspects working for you to achieve this

We cannot absolutely know which is legitimate or not as you said considering the number of cryptocurrencies presently and how huge they are, and the fact that so many of them are still popping up every now and then. The best is just to consider the few ones you know have prospects and huge support from the community and stick to it knowing there is a possibility of it increasing in value over time.

Its really hard to pinpoint which coins gonna be 100x or 1000x in the future. You can't really tell and its hard to assume and you need luck as well if you are going to achieve this. But there's likely possible if one of the top 5-10 coins right now really spike and the price went off the roof in the next 5-10 years. So at least you have isolated your choices from the many alt coins that is popping today. And invest and backup everything as if you have forgotten them and go back after 5 -10 years and see if their value increases overtime.

its not that easy to make millions. at least with 10 dollars.

It is not easy would have been good, that means there is still a chance to make it but very hard. But realistically, it totally seems impossible unless you want to rob a bank which I am sure the $10 will not even buy a gun in the black market.
You need money, hardwork and skills to make more money and $10 is out of it. The only way you can easily make such is probably having some innovation that can stir the whole global space like satoshi did.

Horrible idea in my professional opinion. Most ICOs are scams. When a hot coin is hot and legitimate, you'll know.

Games are won by scoring many points throughout the match. Hail mary's can happen, but that's equivalent to playing the lottery.

Trade high liquidity and high market cap coins, not search for ICOs to get scammed.

The difference between a good trader and an experienced one will all agree with me.

There are definitely many potential gems out there but I think to go from $10 to a million with only one coin is probably too much to ask, any really promising coins now are priced accordingly so I don't think we will see such gains.

it is obviously too much to ask for now. $10 to a million is quite huge when even bitcoin has not even gotten to a million and will most definitely take years if it eventually does.
Crypto currencies are not to be considered as a shortcut to success or get huge profit in a very short while. Hard work is what is important and with a little bit of luck you can achieve a lot fast. But 10 dollars into a million, I still do not see how that dream can come into reality at least for now.

There is only one way to make 10 dollars into a million,  that is trading altcoin whuch really has high risk. If you do not have a knowledge you will be such as gambling.

How do you even want to trade with $10 considering the fees on exchange and all. It is very impossible and cannot work. You will just end up losing that little amount in a very short period.

Now, you also mentioned gambling, tell me even if you are playing martingale strategy on dice, how you want to keep up with very long streaks without getting burnt. Mate! This is reality, it is not possible. Better just find someone who will sell you bitcoin worth that amount and leave it in your wallet for probably 100 years when 1 satoshi is equal to maybe $100.

If it ever be possible to go back in 2009, then I think there will be so many who will be billionaire by 2017. But the fact is time passed once is just passed. You can’t get that time back. I am very much positive that you can get a million from your 10$ investment. All you need is to have a strong motivation and good trading skills. It is no doubt a long marathon but still you can win it.

I don't believe using BTC history to backup altcoins future is wise. Main opportunities with altcoins are with companies and startups which are offering them to investors, if you happen to invest on a good idea that later materializes into a billionaire corporation then most likely you would have transformed $ 10 into a million.

I agree. Nowadays it will be very hard turning your 10 dollars into a million by making just one single trade. Back in 2009 it would've been possible. Now it would take a lot of good trades (something that is very hard to pull off.
I'm not that big fan of the lottery but I agree that you will have more chances of turining 10 bucks into a million with the lottery rather than investing it today. However, in the end you'll never know for sure. Perhaps its still possible.
