I checked the network now, the attackers increased their difficulty again and their old blockchain is back. New wallet version 1.5.1 is protected but old wallets (1.3.2, 1.3.3, 1.3.4, 1.4.0) are back under the attackers control.

it's not a project - it's an established coin JUBI statement on Earthcoin "According to the seven ministries and commissions issued on the prevention of tokens issued financing risk of the spirit of the announcement, the currency network decided to suspend the transfer of the currency" hmmm. keep sending them emails urging them to switch to new wallet! |

There's a silver lining to the attackers taking back the old block chain. If any of the exchanges refuse to adopt the new Block Chain it's clear evidence that they are colluding with the attackers and give us ground for reporting them to the authorities in the country in which the Exchange is based.
Novaexchange will in all likelihood adopt the new wallet - we have been in touch with them and they have responded (however they're dealing this past weekend with an attack on the site).
Coingather - has switched to new block chain
BTC38 - replied they would get back to us and their wallet has been in maint for a while (clear evidence they knew of the attack and did NOT want to be associated with the attackers or want the attackers coins in their wallets)
JUBI - has put their wallet in Maintenance and is appears as though they are 'acknowledging the attack' and are distancing themselves form the attackers. (in all likelihood they knew all along and could have been colluding with the attackers, but who knows. Does anyone on this thread speak Chinese - it would be nice to submit our request to them in writing in Chinese.

Original team is gone. I have no stake in EAC other than what I have mined recently. We are all volunteers just wanting to get block chain back from attackers. To be honest I could care less about the attackers. Once the exchanges adopt our blockchain - the attackers are 'history' anyway. The attackers are wasting 22 GH/s of hashing power on the old block chain anyway - the exchanges have put their wallets in MAINTAINENCE mode and the attackers cannot sell their coins - so THEY are mining USELESS coins. The light of truth is shining on them and they're now hiding in the shadows just like the cockroaches they are. It's actually pretty comforting knowing that yesterday they spent a shit load of money on 173 GH/s mining power only to lose control and now they spending even more money on 23 GH/s of mining power to mine coins that no exchanges will accept for deposit. in coinmarketcap.com notifies that in btc38 the trade of earthcoin has been paralyzed two hours ago, in jubi.com the price is so low that it would not be worth to sell poor the attackers my question is because they were not send exchanges both blockexplorers? |
