Nice to see a real use case proposed so early on top of the TEZOS platform. Just an observation about timing the pre-sale.. Isn't it best to postpone it until news/rumors coming out of China are cleared? There is too much uncertainty that might greatly effect the success of the fundraising at increased risk to investors.
