I'm going to provide escrow free of charge as a community service for members. If the volume or complexity of escrow requests becomes overwhelming, I may require a fee in the future. I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction. As such, if it does not represent a burden to do so, please consider sending a bitcoin gratuity after the satisfactory resolution of your transaction.
I've been an active participant in the bitcointalk.org community since July 2014 and I've engaged bitcoin transactions since then, now I'm looking to give out to the community.
All escrows, regardless of how small, are held in COLD WALLET. Much like other escrow providers, I send a contract signed by my GPG key with the escrow bitcoin address embedded within the message. Do not accept an escrow contract that you have not received directly from me, or that is not GPG signed. Please verify the signature to be sure that nobody else has tampered with the address that I send you.
In the event that there is a dispute over the release of escrow, I will release to whichever party presents me with the most compelling proof after an open discussion.
This post has been updated on 09-march-2019. I'm also open to n-of-m multi-signature schemes that people might need.
