2017-08-31 15:29:56 i sent 0.18284859 ETH to my Yobit wallet from Bitstamp. I never got my ETH. I contacted the support (2017-08-31 15:29:56) and a "mod" fom the Chat and the Yobit account on bitcointalk. I also  dont got a answer from them. Thats my Yobit ETH dep. adr. : 0x4b72676858558236d6e27519cdd07756377e263a

I can see on Etherscan  that they have moved my ETH to there Yobit wallet i guess. Yobit just gave me now (today i guess dont really know last 3 days for sure) another ETH address without telling me anything. Thats my new one with 0 ETH on it :
0xce88641984c513d3aef2dabb5e77960b5c47486e

I think they just took my ETH and scammed me. I dont know what to do i hope someone can give me some advice.

Best Regards

I dont know what to do i hope someone can give me some advice.
Step 1) Stop using shady exchange, especially Yobit.
Step 2) Start using your brain, and doing research before you send money to random websites (regardless of their age).
Step 3) Sue them.
Step 3a) If you don't want to waste time on that, just move on.

They already have negative ratings and several unresolved scam accusations. It is not likely that this will get resolved via the forum.

Just stay away from Yobit I have deposited and withdrawn from there with BTC without any problem before . But the amount of shady ( pump & dump ) coins there that are probably run by Yobit owner is enough reason for me to stay away from that exchange . I guess your only hope to get your money back is to spam there chat on there website . They already have negative trust here so I doubt that scam accusation here will matter for them .

Hi Lauda, why you think they are a shady exchange? I have heard about unresolved support message for dead coins, but not big and "real" scam accusation. Can you explain please more?

Hi Lauda, why you think they are a shady exchange?
Every now and then a scam accusation pops up, and there are ones unresolved that are several months old. Use your brain.

I have heard about unresolved support message for dead coins, but not big and "real" scam accusation. Can you explain please more?
The magnitude is completely irrelevant. If you scam $50, you're a scammer. This exchange is highly shady and you should stay away from it.
