The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Does this mean if I get usdt in the BSC Bep 20 network... I need that coin to pay my fee?  What coin would that be?
Like you said, sending usdt via ETH blockchai , will require you to use ETH for fee which you said it's too expensive. Same like other usdt blockchain, sending usdt in BEP20 will require you BNB for fee, usdt in TRC20 will require you TRX, so on and so forth.

Also what has me confused is say I get usdt in Tron network.  When you want to send usdt in tron network to someone... do you need to make two separate transactions?  One is sending the Tron fee first... and then send the usdt in the tron network?  Do you make each payment one after another to the usdt tron address you are sending to?
If you dont have enough trx for a fee, ofc you need to get trx first to send it on what address where your usdt is, so you'll need two tx for that.
Now if you have both enough trx and usdt in trc20 in an address then send it as simple as that.

Would I just get btc and then use one of those anonymous crypto services like changelly to do this?  Or fees are very high if I'm doing a small amount?
No experience using that, but I know they charge higher, coz they have this standard fee for outgoing tx which will ask you to include plus their % fee too. And its too much when you just want to transaction worth <$20.

I have access to coinbase and gemini.
You are going to open another account in another exchange like FTX, Kucoin or Binance which support USDT TRC20 or USDT BEP20

Yes, you will need some BNB BEP20 to pay for the gas fees

No, the tron act as gas fee from the sending address. There is no need to send it to the receiving address unless if you want to help the fund their next transaction fee.

Services like changelly are useless for such small amounts.

If you withdraw from coinbase or gemini, just send usdt token (trc20 or bep20) to the address destination. That way you can cut excess fees and there are no remaining unused fees.
Or if you want your transaction from a non-custodial wallet, in your case you can send TRX to your wallet in the amount of $6($1 as estimated tx fee, current average tx fee is 0.3 trx) exchange it for $5 usdt using a swap platform like sunswap, then send it to the destination address. This way you save on exchange withdrawal fees once.

This space for rent.

For dex youll definitely need tron network coins to send your usdt since it will be the one used for the transaction, while on cex you dont need the coin of tron itself since they will deduct the fee on your transacted usdt. As far as I know if using tron is free on some centralized market but not sure if this is still free cause its been a while since Ive used tron.

This simple all you need is to buy from binance and send it out to the wallet you wishes to and is just $1 withdrawal fee, maybe you can buy enough USDT and send out to your Tronlink wallet to enable you send token on TRC20 address without stress. I have used TRC20 to send out max payments which is very cheap.

This simple all you need is to buy from binance and send it out to the wallet you wishes to and is just $1 withdrawal fee
But he should know that Binance requires KYC and also that no privacy. The withdrawal fee for USDT on Tron network on Binance is $1 but for USDT on BSC network, it is $0.8.

maybe you can buy enough USDT and send out to your Tronlink wallet to enable you send  token on TRC20 address without stress
Or you mean he should also buy Tron along for him to be able to send tokens on Tron network on noncustododial wallet because the fee would be deducted in Tron unlike on exchanges which the fee will be deducted in USDT.

Tron will serve as the gas fee, it's the same process with USDT(ERC20) Ethereum. So, that's only one transaction that you need to make and you need to make sure that you have TRX as balance for the fee.

I've done this before many times and I can say that it's very cheap.

But with your case,

Would I just get btc and then use one of those anonymous crypto services like changelly to do this?  Or fees are very high if I'm doing a small amount?
It's better to just send it directly without going through any swap because with little amount that you want to send, better just use another altcoin like Litecoin or XRP that has cheap transaction fees and easy to trade.

You need BNB to pay the fees but when this was on the exchange site and you can use your stable token to pay the fees.

No man, you need only to pay one time fees on tron network to send your USDT tron to others. You need also energy as well to send your stable tokens.

Would I just get btc and then use one of those anonymous crypto services like changelly to do this?  Or fees are very high if I'm doing a small amount?
As long as you are using lightning network and you're fine with it.

I just took a look at those anonymous crypto exchanges and the issue is if I'm doing a tiny amount, they are giving you a ridiculous low price on whatever coin you are trading for usdt tron or usdt BSC Bep 20 ?
Liquidity problem maybe

So if i have only access to coinbase and gemini, then i have to use those anonymous crypto exchanges?  Again I cannot use any exchanges due to my location.

that would be a problem, because most trusted exchange has KYC and using VPN in it is useless as they are very secured when it comes such activities..

I have an idea, but i don't know if it's worth it, i mean paying someone to do that task since you want to send tiny payments only.  But you don't have any choice since you cannot use exchanges because of your location. So i think it would be a good idea on your situation IMO.

The questions are much but I can see most people giving you answer, but in summary, for making a tiny payment of Usdt as said you will have make withdrawal from Binance using Trc20 to a tron wallet therefore you will need Tron in your wallet to cover as gas fee but if making sending tiny payment directly as you said to be $5 then I will suggest you withdraw from binance to whomever you wishes to send without any further fees attached to it.

Use this service
https://www.bestchange.com/

Buy Binance Coin (BNB) in any way.
Then swap Binance Coin (BNB) to Binance USD (BUSD) or Tether at https://pancakeswap.finance/
Leave the required amount of Binance Coin (BNB) to pay fees and enjoy.

The same algorithm for any ecosystem. First, you buy a token to pay a fee, and then exchange it for stablecoins. Everything is anonymous and without KYC.

if your country is restricted and can't use the exchange you can use a VPN and please look for an exchange that can make deposits and withdrawals without KYC, I think if you make small transactions you don't need to do KYC

Does this mean if I get usdt in the BSC Bep 20 network... I need that coin to pay my fee?  What coin would that be?

As far as my experience in the above case, I've experienced it. All you have to do is prepare funds or coins from the bep20 network bnb, after you have your BNB, you just swap, the swap process is 2x, you have to open the enable first, the bnb is wearing, and 1 more you just swap back and the fee is put on BNB and change your coin from usdt (bep20) to BNB (bep20)

From my experience, I have experienced your case. As far as I know, it only takes a 1x fee process to send usdt on the tron network to another wallet

You can use Kucoin crypto exchange to solve your problem. Because in Kucoin crypto exchange, you don't need to complete KYC for withdraw coins. But here you can withdraw USDT in Tron network but not in the BEP-20 network. For transaction you need to have some TRX in your wallet as transaction fees and you don't need to make two separate transactions. Just sent the USDT to the wallet you want to sent.
