We have lowered the Bitcoin flat fee because the network is clearing. We are still in need of more Bitcoin Cash investors if anyone wants some great long term returns https://www.privcoin.io/investing/

In addition to Bitcoin Cash investments we could use more Ethereum as well. Due to the way Eth works we need more reserve than other coins.

Here's what happened:
1) Today there were four users who mixed our entire Eth reserve combined, which is about ~250 Ethereum. 2) This user mixed less than 1 Eth while our reserves were depleted. 3) The forwarding address that the user provided was for a service not their own personal wallet. This service only accepts Eth deposits greater or equal to 0.01 Ethereum. 4) Because our reserves were so low, the only way we could mix his transaction was by sending multiple transactions of less than 0.01 Ethereum which his service did not recognize. 5) The user did in fact get ALL of their Ethereum but not in the denominations they expected because our system will only do what it did in an emergency situation.
After discussion we are going to eat the $120 loss and resend it in one full denomination. This user will be getting about 20% bonus Eth from us because the rest isn't accessible to him because the service he uses won't credit it to his account unless it's a 0.01 transaction or greater.
Despite it being the most important holiday of the year, our turnaround time on this request was a few hours. We don't appreciate being called a scam service when today alone including all coins, we've mixed more than most do in a lifetime without issue.

Yes, after speaking on email I received my money fully. I not have any complaints now. I will allow myself to give some advice: 1. Do not accept payments if you can not execute them immediately. 2. Do not transfer money in small amounts, only one amount. Thanks.

The maximums for instant processing are displayed on the transaction page and it is not always possible to send amounts in one transaction. Admittedly the amounts you received were not ideal so we're going to make a few changes to the selector logic but you did indeed receive Ethereum back and it wouldn't have been a problem if you owned the original wallet.

Happy holidays everyone! Be sure to mix your coins before you send out gifts to friends and family so they don't know how much you own.

Great service PrivCoin and so far am not disappointed with what you doing and its nice to see a mixer with more than 3 coins all under one roof, just a concerned user isnt the minimum transaction size suppose to be highlighted somewhere to let the user mixing coins to know the limit and is this correct => This service only accepts Eth deposits greater or equal to 0.01 Ethereum

Three to four requests per week are because people send too little Bitcoins. On average subtracting those requests we have 0-1 total per week. Our minimums are stated in three locations: 1) FAQ page. 2) The mixing transaction page itself right above the mixer address in bold lettering. 3) The Letter of Guarantee which states both the minimums and maximums permitted. Where else can we add the minimums so that people will notice? The ETH minimum is 0.1 but I will see that it gets lowered to 0.01 due recent developments in the crypto markets.

I have only used BTC with merchants, would be interested to learn about ones accepting BCH, LTC and Ether.
