I hope you get USD cards again someday. My last card is still stuck/lost in US Customs since September 22nd. I have to wait a few more weeks before I can file an insurance claim on it.  I would like to make another attempt to purchase a USD card if they become available again. |

Uhmmm i am repling to a scammer.
The deliery rate anywhere is 100%, scammers exluded, but for the US it went from 100% to 60%.
The debit cards i send are completly legal around the world in general, but the US has their own special laws and can confiscate anything they deem suspicious according to their worldview.
