The problem is that I have sent 30000 btcz from tradesathosi to MyBTCZ and on the web it appears as a complete transaction, but the coins have not reached the wallet. I have looked at the explorer but I do not understand what he says.
The transaction is the number 494d716555b413b515ac8ea9c0aadb0ff15fd73db6886369ef094bbf921a8162

There would have to be support in the MybtcZ wallet for problems like this.
Without support money is lost.
It is very clear, 30k is sent to this address t1W1vS3KThYhgwmy3wmWC2uzSMNXG2Cc2Kr if you are owner of this address (control its private key), it is yours. That's all. Tips: don't rely on any wallet. Only transfer to wallet that you keep private key.

I don't know who sent me some emails but as i said to this person, payments are ok. This explorer doesn't show well the transactions. Look on an other one, you will see all the transactions done and in direct live.

Then if you use MyBitcoinZ wallet, rescan addresses to show the good amount.  Wink

Same here. I always look into the slack of every project to see if it's legit and how active those community gatherings are. Best way for information there too.
