Agree lossing big amount of your money in a game but still can able to control your emotions, you can still handle your game and your self though you reall lose a lot of money from that game. You are not called expert if you cant handle that situation and also you cant called a expert if you tend to win back your losses because the true expert will not chase the losses instead they will continue their play over and over again.

I also agree. I think more of us are experts in a more useful field than gambling, hahaha. There are still many aspects of life and the more profitable pleasures of gambling. If you feel that you are a good gambler, then you will definitely be gambling constantly. Is not that a bad thing? i am a gambler of course but i don't even really think that i am a gambling expert, because when one person is expert in gambling you would not lose anymore, gambling is risky and no one could be expert in gambling it is when you are lucky or bad luck when you gamble.

Of course, because we are not gods who are always right and I never trust and following the predictions of many tipster scattered on google. I know they do not think of themselves as gamblers experts, but when they give tipster I think they've done a good thing and right choose. Gambling is just a game to improve our thinking power and test the patience, if indeed there is a lot of winning and experts in gambling is only a factor of luck and that too if only play once in the win. but in reality the gamble will cause a sense of passion and will be hooked and at the end of defeat will be on your side. I have no choice in gambling but if I have to choose I prefer poker because playing poker than fun I can communicate and exchange ideas with other players and players abroad and it is fun and I do not expect victory because I have principles.

you got some point here but not all forms of gambling is mainly based on luck , some of them are actually needs skill in order to become a master on it like for example in most card games (e.g poker ) however maority of gambling games are still purely based on luck , thats why we cant really say that we are an expert to it. but overall i think it doesnt matter if youre a pro gambler or not because what matter the most is how you can handle your emotions when playing gambling.

I have never seen myself as the gambling expert because I am not fully committed to the gambling as the whole. Even some people which are considering themselves to be experts are far away from that status. T

o become the expert gambler must be fully committed to the techniques of the particular game he is playing. Even if the luck is deciding factor in the end expertise that is including the bankroll and the real time for the bets is also one of the factors that are pushing the gambler to his wins.

I believe expert are those who are able to control themselves, quit anytime they wanted, knows how to manage their bankroll to minimize losses or can book profit even if they continue to play (saving part of the winnings and withdraw them).  Most agree that the sign of maturity in gambling is to be able to control emotion and know what to do in different scenario.  If you can keep your calm when the situation is rough, made a right call and even leaving the session if he feels luck is not with him, can be called expert and I believe I am far from that ").

I actually do consider myself a gambling expert. The reason for this is I always base everything on statistics. Statistics are everything when it comes to gambling. As far as I have seen gambling never let anyone to groom as an expert. Because almost all the gamblers do face losses more often than how many times they can find chances to stop with profits. I guess only for the gambler who are able to foresee the future can become as an expert within gambling industry.

I've been playing cards since I was a kid and I'm a little good in that, because I've been winning in games back in the days, but I don't know if I'm expert on that, I think the real experts are the one who bet a lot in the casino, I think I will eat dust if I played against them.

Yes I do feel that I am a gambling expert whenever I won a big amount of money from gambling,
But it is really funny when that time comes and after a couple of days I would lose in gambling and feel really terrible.
